Mary Hill Town Pantry

Purchased $30.00 gas here last week using tap on my credit card. Have the receipt showing the purchase of $30.00. There has been a $200.00 hold (pending transaction) on my credit card for 5 business days and the $30.00 has been charged to my credit card (on the same day as the purchase). Called bank and they said merchant needs to release the funds. Went into store and was told they can't do anything and I need to talk to manager between the hours of 6am and 1pm. Call the next day during those hours and am told to contact a company called Parkland who owns gas station. Call Parkland and a lady answers who does not identify herself and she tells me it can take 7 business days to release hold. I advised that the bank says they can release the hold at any time as they are the merchant and they have already received the funds for my purchase. In addition I have researched this and they have the ability to release the funds/hold. She becomes rude. As I try to argue the point and tell her that I want them to release the hold as they have the ability to do so, she promptly says she will transfer me to their "credit" department and hangs up on me.

This isn't called Town Pantry anymore it's now on the run!
