Popped in super quickly to grab a new pod, and was instantly met with such a welcoming and fun atmosphere. Karmen was a blast to talk to and was beyond helpful!

Great selection across all boards; from juices to bodies to disposables they have a fantastic selection. The worked who helped me the other night was fantastic with recommendations, instead of just recommending whatever he asked me if there is certain flavours I normally like and if I look for a certain puff count. He was fantastic.

I came in tonight after a bad experience at a different location, the guy working was super nice and understanding! I didn’t catch his name but his customer service was amazing & he helped without hesitation when I explained the situation, I really appreciate it! He gave me good recommendations for a new device too which was appreciated. This location will definitely be my new go to spot!

As a customer's feedback I can only say good things about the store. Selection of products is amazing staff is extremely friendly and kind. One of my main reasons I like to go back there. Also the looks of the stores incredible and very inviting. Overall very satisfied with the service I'm getting that's why I wasn't going to any other stores. Even after moving from Southwest to the Northwest I was happy to see that there is a store in the Northwest location too.

Excellent vape shop - staff is super-friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great recycling program and will even accept empties bought elsewhere. This is the only place I will be going for vape stuff from now on - highly recommend! 😊 ❤

Went in yesterday and was helped out by Karmen!! She was so easy to talk to and a ton of help. I had a hard time thinking about what to get because what I wanted wasn't there but Karmen was super helpful and I really enjoy what I got. Definitely coming back

I've gotta reach out and let the management know that Sydney was a pleasure to deal with. Very kind and friendly and serves you with a huge smile on her face. She was working Sunday May 1st around 11:45pm. She was awesome and made sure I knew what I was buying for my vape. Yet another great employee at this branch , absolutely love this location.

Best vape store ever! Very friendly and knowledgeable - and they have a recycling program for empties and free delivery within Calgary when you order online. I don't go anywhere else anymore. Highly recommend! 😊 ❤

Ayla was awesome but I feel I should update as you have new fantastic staff. Brenna, Karmen and Georgia are really friendly, knowledgeable. I have been coming here for over a year and it's the only place I will shop.

Overall amazing customer service. Lots of rigs and flavors available, and if you don't know what you are looking for they will set you right up. I was lucky enough to have Karmen help me out, she knows her stuff.

First time customer and user of the Delivery Service. The online system was easy as could be. The checkout was flawless. Beyond happy with the prices. The delivery Time was amazing. I placed my order just before 11:00 a.m. when the store opened. I received my order at 12:30 p.m. Also has a tracking system That once your order is processed it lets you know where your order is at all times.

I went in a couple days ago and was helped out by Karmen. She was super helpful, gave me lots of good recommendations and let me know about new products! I came in not knowing exactly what I was looking for so it was very helpful and I ended up enjoying what I got!

I just wanted to rate my experience with delivery, and alt support! Today is a snowy day and I was concerned what happened with my order, I sent an email in regards.

Unfortunately I missed the phone call, but this nice lady left a voicemail in regards to my order.

I just want to rate 5 stars because she was absolutely kind about everything!

My delivery with alt vape has always been amazing too

I went in for a new juice and device and was very unsure about what to get, but the employee Karmen was really helpful to me, by giving me recommendations and explaining how to use each of the devices I was curious about. She even let me smell the juice flavours before I purchased them, which was very helpful as I am pretty picky about flavours. I ended up loving the juice I got. It was Kapow pix, which tastes just like a pixi stick. I will for sureness be back again the next time I run out of juice, as the service here is personalized and superior to the other vape stores.

Definitely my favorite vape store in Calgary. Best prices I've seen and a great selection too. Even better, they have a recycling program where you can drop off your old coils/empty bottles and give you credit! I would be happy with just the option to recycle everything but giving people an incentive to do so is just icing on the cake.

Great store. Excellent service. Caz was really helpful when I was choosing a new device and is very knowledgeable. Caz and Danielle provide excellent service when I have any issues with the device. I have been a customer for over an year and this is definitely my go to store for my vaping needs. Keep up the good work.
