She was professional and knowledgeable about the products and seemed genuinely interested about our needs and concerns. The best place to get your cannabis products. There are so many people who work here that can answer your questions. The selection and prices are reasonable in my and my friends' opinions. They are also very newbie friendly so don't be afraid to ask whats on your mind.

The store is clean and bright. The staff are helpful.
They give you a pencil and paper on your way in, there are display cases with all the products. You mark down what you want and take it to the cashiers.
Great system you feel like you have time to look at all the products and make a good choice.
Prices are a bit cheeper than private stores in my area too

I went into the store today to pick up some products for my father who is currently battling stage three pancreatic cancer, and based on the recommendation of a friend I was told to go there and pick up some CBD oil and other products that may help. I was greeted by a lovely lady named Ashley as soon as I stepped inside, and started my walk around the store. It is extremely clean in there, everything is so well laid out and lots of great options. As someone that is not very familiar with cannabis products I went back to Ashley and asked for help and she was so empathetic, knowledgeable, and respectful. She helped me find products and explained the uses of each of them and what kind of ingredients were in each of them and what it did in terms of pain management. I walked out of the store within less than 10 minutes of being there thanks to her help!

Ashley, if you see this I just want to say thank you so much. I left the store crying out of joy knowing that someone there who really cared and understood without judging, and was there to greet me and help me navigate the store and grab items that I hope help my father. I love how passionate and knowledgeable you are about what you do, and you really helped ease my nerves.

I will most definitely be returning and buying more products!

I was blown away by this shop. So clean and beautiful! Like they actually hired someone to design it. Lots of options of everything and fair prices. Staff are friendly and helpful - actually belting out some tunes when I walked in so of course that got me singing (off tune) and I wasn't even high.

Definately somewhere to make you feel more comfortable buying things that growing up you had to go to the creepy house on the corner. For those who aren't sure if cannabis is for you, check it out here. Much less intimidating then a lot of shops.

Very pleasant shopping experience. Fixtures are well spaced to respect client privacy and social distancing. As a non-weed user, I appreciate the variety of edible products that they carry, and how well they taste. The texture and taste are in-line with what you would expect from high-end confectionery and chocolatiers. Definitely recommend for others looking for some good edibles.

I've always been left with the impression that these places feel a little rough around the edges. This store is clean, bright, laid out well, and the personnel were extremely helpful in explaining the various products to me, a cannabis newbie. I highly recommend this place for you.

I prefer to buy from the BC Cannabis Store as other stores are exactly like a cold beer and wine store. They tend to mark up most products much like a cold beer store would. This is like going to the BC Liqour Store, buy from the source. Not the middle man.
