Definitely the best Home Depot I’ve been to. The staff have been so friendly every time. And as a wheelchair user, the store is easy to wheel around in. It’s very clean and well stocked. We needed one thing that was out of stock but it’s kind of an obscure product so we just went to the city to get it. Very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff!

Went to rerun some items and talked with customer service advisor Anastasia, I was beyond pleased with the service we received from her and highly recommended the Spruce Grove Home Depot from the wonderful service she provided to us after a prior visit to another Home Depot in Edmonton. Not only was the service outstanding, her personality was a joy to be around. Thanks again!

Staff were awesome,my lil frenchie had a panic attack and threw up. Staff got me paper towels and offered to clean it up for me. I cleaned up and left and I was very thankful they understood my situation.

The best Home Depot around!! The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. I love that they aren't pushy, but are "around" if you need anything. The store is always well organized, clean and I think it's great they have a "do it yourself" key maker!

This young guy Rodrigo had exceptional customer service! He helped me get everything I needed and explained to me what I needed to do. Best customer service I’ve seen. We need more people like him.

Great place to come for any of your home needs! Huge selection of tools and parts for just about any project. The staff here are super friendly and they are dog friendly!

Everything you’ll need to build, repair or improve any project your wife can imagine! Friendly, helpful staff always available throughout the store- no hunting for assistance required. Bathrooms are kept clean. Stock is conveniently displayed for ease of access with plenty of options and pricing available.

DIANNE, JUAN, LEVI and PARKER all different departments and each so friendly and helpful. Such a pleasant shopping experience and another nice surprise for us was to discover the store is pet friendly. We will return.

I am truly impressed with two of the associates in the store that saved me from a very expensive plumber at nearly 250.00 per hour for emergency service call . Bob in the plumbing department and Darcy in the equipment rental department told me step by step how to un freeze the pipes in my modular home!! Using the industrial propane heater and the heat tape for the pipes, but Bob had simply said that he would try to use a heat gun on the supply line and open the tap ! Which was the solution to the problem and the heat tape was the cure !! Wow I cannot say THANK YOU for the awesome advice and help . Its people like them that actually care and DO make a difference and others could aspire to become more like them again thanks for the great help

One of the smallest Home Depot’s in all of Canada, but still with a decent selection of products. You can also always order from online to pickup if you don’t find what you’re looking for in store.
Aisles are well maintained, and staff there are amazing!

You know I never do these reviews but in this case I feel called to share what exceptional service I always receive at this store. It actually amazes me every time. I feel like I’m shopping in the early 90’s and it’s not just about what I get - or buy- it’s about connecting with community. Thank you Home Depot Spruce, you are my top choice store.

I shop a lot at Home Depot for home improvement . The staff are knowledgeable and very willing to help.

Great delivery experience with Spruce Home Depot. I ordered 500ft of trim for a large project, and it was delivered early Saturday morning as it was scheduled to. Product was correct, and the delivery driver Roland was just the nicest guy ever and was happy to help me transfer the trim into my garage so it wouldn't sit in the snow. Appreciate the easy order.
