We stopped in here to get a couple things ended up w 2 shirts and a magnet. Got charged for 2 magnets and they charge 2 ny state taxes 1 @ 4% and another @ 8% plus a cam of 8%

I was overcharged. Quantity on the items were incorrectly increased. I think it was done deliberately. If customer doesn’t notice it then they get away with extra cash. If customer notices it then they say human error. I had to ask and insist for the receipt after which I realised it and took the refund. Then staff was very rude and started shouting back at me. Reviews here says it all. Avoid this store.

Planned on purchasing souvenirs with 3 other friends on our last day in Niagara Falls, NY. While looking at the price on the bottom of a coffee cup, a cup stacked behind it fell on the shelf and broke in half. Sales associate was behind me in less than 15 seconds and demanded that I pay for the broken cup. I explained to her that I didn't do anything other than look at the cup in front of the stack. She explained that was there policy. I said, "show me the policy signage." They didn't have one.... I would of definitely paid for the broken cup, if I had dropped it on my own. But this was not the case. I persuaded my 3 other friends to put their merchandise back and be careful not to damage. I paid for the cup and we took our business elsewhere. Which ended up a blessing, because we found better pricing and better service just outside the building..... Would not recommend shopping here unless you want to walk around on egg shells. Or broken cups.......

This store is a fishy scamming store. They will sell you cheap quality products for higher price and add you extra tax. Never go here totally scam you !

Bought hoodie, some magnets & shirt for a toddler for $68. Looked at my banking app after coming home and they charged me 2 more times in varying amounts equaling $100. One of the charges, I wasn't even in New York anymore.
Reporting them and filing with my bank now. Unfortunately I can't give less than 1 star, I'd give zero or negative, if I could

I was charged twice on my credit card statement for one purchase at different amounts ie. 39.19 and 39.91. I think this is done intentionally, for people who don’t check their statements.

Just avoid this tourist trap and shop elsewhere. They charged $25 just to park just so you can shop. Everything is way overpriced and minimal selection. Spend your money and time elsewhere.

Owner/General Manager Ricky Gibas is rude and supports telling people of color to go back to where they come from. He uses abusive language on Facebook and thinks he can hide behind a computer and face no consequences for his disgusting behavior. I’d highly recommend going elsewhere to purchase souvenirs. If he acts anything like he does online, he’s doesn’t deserve your business.

Check your receipts! We were just overcharged $5 for a tshirt and when questioned the lady was very rude!!
Will never shop there again.
