ICL Kitchen & Bath

We had a kitchen remodel done by ICL and we are very happy with the work that was performed! We LOVE our new kitchen! They completed the entire project within the timeframe as promised - 4 weeks!! We had several concerns/issues during the remodel and Robert & Daniel addressed them immediately and worked to resolve them to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend ICL and would use them in the future!

I LOVE my new kitchen and other renovations (new luxury vinyl plank flooring, French doors, laundry room sink/cabinet). Daniel and Robert are the true experts in the field and it was a positive experience working with them. I loved the fact that everything could be done through ICL and I didn’t have to work with various contractors. Daniel was the project manager and oversaw everything from beginning to end with great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend I CL in a heartbeat!

I have worked with ICL several times now - they have done work on both my home in Lewiston and my business in Lockport. I thoroughly enjoy working with them. They do great work, and are so reliable and trustworthy. I will continue to work with ICL on future kitchen, bath, and other construction projects. 5 stars!

I am thrilled with my new countertops! ICL did a wonderful job and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I actually enjoyed watching the installation process and I enjoyed the fellas too! I would hire them again in a heartbeat! They wanted to make sure that I was pleased with the outcome.

ICL built a cabinet for my parent’s deck and it is gorgeous! They made sure it was exactly what they wanted and the customer service was impeccable. I cannot wait to work with these guys again! I will definitely be calling ICL for all of my future carpentry needs.

ICL did an incredible job on my privacy wall. They came and did the full installation in a day, I could not be happier. I would definitely recommend them!

This company did my bathroom, they pay extreme attention to detail, they were friendly and helpful. Really knew what they were talking about, they were very fair priced.

Initial experience was wonderful with ICL. The epoxy countertops looked great and they took the time to incorporate colors to compliment my backsplash, however within a year of install my countertops have discolored and when using my crockpot I have to put a cutting board under it bc the heat has left indent from the legs of the crockpot. I called and left a message asking for a callback about the issues and never received a response. The selling point was how durable the countertops were and mine have not done well in a year.

If I could give a zero, I would. I have many issues that are still unresolved. They started my kitchen Mid-November and I didn't have a kitchen sink until December 27th. I contacted them in January as the sink faucet fell apart, one of the kitchen lights is out (he said they were 10 year lights}, and one of the drawers doesn't open or close right. It is now 2 drawers. It is now June 9th and nothing has been done. He is avoiding me. Emergencies and no answers. Avoid this contractor if possible.
