I purchased 11 books during my visit! Can confirm it was totally worth it, I find Chapters to be one of my favorite spots when looking for specific books.

I love the Bible here because they got all the versions that come in various designs and colors. They have good books and work supplies that are one of a kind and good quality too.

A great place to find new reads, but we sure miss having a coffee shop in the store.

Ordering my books at the till when I couldn't find them in store was an enjoyable experience I don't remember his name but the guy with the ying and yang watch deserves a raise just for his customer service alone.

Great place for people who like reading. Great selection for different tastes: novels,sci-fi, manga, comics, travel, food, personal growth, psychology, business. Plan ahead if you want to find something good quality. Love the place.

Always loved Chapters. The best bookstore you want to visit. Were sold out on what I wanted but no big deal, go on Indigo.ca and placed my order. Fantastic! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Always so clean and don't want to forget the ambiance, have a good coffee your book, have a seat listening to the background music and read. What a few hours well spent.

I'd spend every penny I had there if I could. Let's just say whoever handles the marketing and products knows Exactly who they're selling to. The spread of the store flows well and with a Starbucks inside you could lose days happily wandering the isles. Helpful staff, great atmosphere

I love this store! I've been coming here for over a decade and it's always a pleasant experience. The store is very well organized, the staff are quite helpful, and I really enjoy all the miscellaneous things they stock. The on site Starbucks is a great addition, especially with restrictions lifting. It doesn't have the charm of a small book store, but it's still a magical place where there are way too many books that I want to buy...

Good book selection, Most unfortunately Starbucks is no longer inside. They've been gone since November 2023 and there's still no other coffee shop in the space.

The book selection is always excellent, I can never leave without finding a new read! They also have a wide variety of home and decor items, which I have always been able to find a gift for any occasion. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable.

The Starbucks was really nice and had some really friendly staff. Next to it is a book store that has such a wide range of books it amazing. They even have a really good manga section I was able to find a few mangas that I was missing from my collection and the staff were also able to order some more which are coming in the next few days

Their marketing is amazing! Additional home decors and appliances made a huge impact to consumers. Don’t forget about the books! Hardbound are still awesome even though technological advances made its way.

Great relaxing shop easily accessible. Enjoyable book store in Downtown Lethbridge where you can find your next awesome reading material. Some great deals too I noticed on my recent visit. Also very happy a Starbucks is located within Chapters.

I could not work at chapters because I'd never get a paycheck! I love everything about this store. Awesome selection of books and wonderfully unique gifts. Staff are always helpful and have great suggestions. If you're a lover of the printed word, this is the place for you.

Always a nice and calming place to browse. I like to get a drink from Starbucks and sit by the fire reading a good book. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and asked if I need anything. Great place!

Happy with the selection of books. Can always find something that catches your eye. I love how much Chapters is expanding into home products and kids toys. Their choices always seem to be unique from other places so makes for the perfect place to pick up a gift for whatever occasion is on your list. Love the quick pay option on the floor too. Very convenient! Staff are always so helpful and knowledgable as well.

Great location not inside the Park Place mall. Lots of parking and the layout of the store is nice. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I like how it is a Chapters store rather than an Indigo store. I just prefer the Chapters branding. Good selection of graphic novels and comics and back to school items currently.
