Safeway Beacon Heights Shopping Centre

I am not much of a Safeway fan and have not been here in a while, probably since the lockdowns, but i got in there today, and they whole place was looking different. Better ambiance, great face-lift, excellent floors, and just a much cleaner environment unlike what it used to be. The staff also seemed nicer. A little bit of rearranging had been done on the floors, and it looked perfect. I will surely be coming here more often now, especially with this tune-up.

Two years ago, 3 stars. Today, 5 stars. 👍🏿

This is one of the best branches of safeway stores. I visit this place every few days to buy my groceries, and I usually find everything I need.

There are few things that people prefer on others, so mine I buy them from this one.

You will find all items well organized. My preferred sections are fruits and vegetables and the bakery.

Actually, it's a place that you will find all good groceries you need in, so I recommend it.

My dad just came home from the grocery store raving about Matt in the butcher/seafood department. He said he almost didn’t go in because of the huge mess due to construction. But is so glad he did. He has never had a better experience at a grocery store. Matt went above and beyond, and he is soooo proud of the salmon he cooked tonight haha. Thank you Matt for making my dad’s night and providing amazing customer service!!

Very helpful! Yesterday my car key batteries was dead and just don’t know what to do. Found that there are batteries in the customer service. I don’t know how to change it but the staff were very helpful and change the battery for me. Big thank you and much appreciated.

This is my favourite Safeway. It's always clean, organized, with fresh meat, fruit and vegetables, plus the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The staff there are so helpful, kind and positive to feedback! the payment process is not easy…T_T Apple pay 👎 But Mike is 200% patience for helping, also thanks for another Asian staff helps a lot… Great impression for this supermarket brand!

Good service in the bakery, pharmacy and I was able to finish shopping quickly.

My favourite Safeway. It’s close to home and always feel safe and welcoming! The staff cares and is constantly hard working! The shelves are full and has become my favourite hidden gem for certain skin care that sells out fast at most places.

We stopped in to see if they had some things that our usual shopping destination doesn't stock because it is a much smaller store.

This is practically my family. I used to go here 2-3 times a day as I lived next door and everyone working here is so friendly.

This store is clean, well stocked & has a good selection to choose from, friendly and super helpful staff. Overall a good experience everytime we've shopped here. Always has fresh produce to choose from. Great store!
