We had an exceptional experience with Imran at Sole to soul store and north hill Centre. The store was completely packed and imran catered to our needs perfectly even when me and my wife had to try more than ten pairs each.
Highly recommend this store for the knowledge they have on foot health and shoe fitting. Best customer service experience I’ve had.

I got my Ecco boots re-soled here, and I'm very grateful for the wonderful job they did. For about a third of the cost of buying comparable new boots, Sole to Soul gave new life to my favourite pair. (I've been wearing them daily for 2 weeks since getting them repaired, and they're holding up very well, with no sign of repair defects).

Also, I want to mention that they went the extra distance, getting the job done in just 2 days so that I could have my boots ready while Calgary got a big snow dump! Thanks so much!

I would like to acknowledge one of the employees, Imran G, who gives an excellent customer experience! During my visit, they were able to provide an extensive explanation about the differences between versions of multiple brands. It helped me narrow down my options to choose what is the most appropriate according to my health and needs. At first, I just wanted to look around but because of his product knowledge, I was convinced and ended up purchasing. Superb service, very knowledgeable and accommodating!!

Imran was the best guy over the store, he is very helpful to find the best and comfortable one for me and my husband. He has very good shoe style ideas which saved our time and money both.

I needed running shoes for work and my old runners had broken down. I heard about this brand called Hoka from my coworkers and I work in Healthcare. The staff at Sole to Soul are amazing and there was a wonderful lady who helped me. I'm sorry if I can't remember her name. I got them last year. I work 12 hrs shifts at work so I need my feet to last. These runners are comfortable and amazing. If you do a lot of walking, these shoes help.

Imran was the most professional, helpful and knowledgeable sales associate. My father needed special orthotic shoes and Imran did a amazing job of finding the perfect fit for my Dad. To see the huge difference my Dad's gait and ability to put his new shoes on with such ease was worth the drive to Northill mall! Thank you for all your help, your kindness and making my Dad smile 😃

This was a great experience! I ordered some shoes for pick up in store in a couple sizes which ended up being too small. Imran (the sales associate) was so helpful in determining the proper size and helped me return the wrong sizes. He had a great attitude and may the shopping experience more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend the store!

The employees were very kind, patient, and understanding. Providing a wide variety of options, and detailed explanations for the benefits of each option. Despite shoe shopping being tedious for me, the employees made it entertaining instead.

Awesome customer service. Imran stepped in when he saw that his colleague wasn’t confident with my questions. I ended up getting a pair of nb 990. Even got them to swap the laces in store.

They were very acccommodating with returning a pair of defective Clark's magnetic sandals I recieved as a gift.

They reimbursed me the whole balance of my old sandals towards a new pair and were sincere in their apology.

Imran was fabulous! I just got orthotics from the podiatrist and he specifically told me to go to Sole to Soul (North Hill) for my shoes. I was feeling a little down thinking I would be forced to wear "old lady" shoes and wouldn't be able to find anything stylish. Imran was determined to help me go home with a selection of shoes so I had something to wear for exercise, every day work, dressier for work, and even a pair of heels to wear for an upcoming wedding.
He was so patient and knowledgeable- we must have tried thirty different pairs of shoes and in all different sizes and with different wedges/heel grips/etc. I even left with what I consider to be the most comfortable heels I've ever worn - and they fit my orthotics! I am so happy with my purchases and know I will be back as we approach fall/winter.
Going to Sole to Soul was en exceptional experience and I wish I'd been going here for shoes all along. Imran was so helpful and knew exactly what I needed. He asked a lot of questions about my feet, my pain, and my work so that he could find me shoes that would work. He spent a lot of time with me (close to 2 hours) and I could not have been happier with the service.

I've heard good plenty of good reviews from people that have gone to this store. I went there for the first time with my mother and the service was incredible! My mother can be quite particular about her footwear, but the information given there was like none other. I was so impressed by an employee there named Mary, and she was so incredibly helpful and kind to my mother and was able to answer so many questions on the spot. Eventually, Mary narrowed down a recommendation for what is best for her. My mother loves the shoes she was recommended to buy and I would go there again and again with that kind of service.

I went there to get a specific shoe. Matteo was extremely helpful. It was a few minutes to closing time on a Saturday before long weekend. He helped me out and processed my payment. He went further and called all their other branches to get me the right colour and type. He stayed late and helped my friend too.
