Been going to Alpha Vapes for a few months now and it’s always been nothing but a great experience. Staff are experienced and give great recommendations accordingly to your preference. Rowena is an absolute sweetheart as well as the younger guy who typically works in the afternoon (forgot his name). Amazing customer service and chill vibes. Not to mention the variety of products and great prices, 10/10 recommend.

Just went here for the first time. WAAAAY better then Vape Street close to here. Romina is an absolute sweetheart. Super helpful and caring. You can truly tell she cares so much to make sure you got the right product and are happy. Highly recommended!

Trinity was super helpful. I'm new to vaping off cancer sticks and she recommended me some really good flavors. I almost walked away with the wrong one (I hate menthol) but she told me about ice and showed me some pure fruit flavors.

Great service & selection. Notably, when a Caliburn v2 I bought from them started crapping out after 2 weeks and I got around to coming in within 30 days to see what the store could do... they honoured my business with them with a replacement v3 at no cost... proper!

Really impressed with this store. Lots of options for disposables, devices, juices, pods, coils, you name it. The customer service is top notch as well. I will definetly be coming back :)

I don't normally write reviews but this establishment is awesome. I just moved to the area and these guys are above an beyond in thier customer service. I highly recommend at the very least giving them one shot for your needs and you'll change suppliers

Very personable, remember who you are when you come back. Always have what I need, lots of selection. Don't have what you need, great at suggesting something else of trying to see if they can get it for you. Always a great experience
