Shoppers Drug Mart

This evening I met a wonderful young woman in the cosmetics section named Kate. She was so helpful and patient with me. Her outstanding customer service and attention to detail was impeccable!
Her recommendations were on point! She is such a great addition to this cosmetic team! I can’t wait to see her again!

I have been with Shoppers Drugmart in Embrun for many years. Have not had problems with any of the staff. The staff is courteous and always helpful. The druggists have helped me quite a few times. They have always been polite. Am on the auto-refill and get my prescriptions on time. In fact, I have seen more discourteous customers.

Recently needed help from the Pharmacy and the pharmacist was extremely helpful and made sure I left with information to best help me get my medical issues solved.

Perscriptions are usually ready early. Great store selections too

I was helped by Diane and Justin (pharmacist) this evening when I realized last minute that my son was running very low on several of his medications. They were helpful and fast to refill all the medications we needed short notice too! It was 10 minutes before closing which I know likely was annoying for them but they were still very helpful regardless and didn’t make me feel bad for the urgent last minute request. I was very thankful for their help.

I’ve never had a problem here. Pharmacy is always super nice and quick. As far as retail goes, they always have what I need. Hours are very convenient as well. Major props to them for staying open and keeping a good attitude with everything going on right now.

Let me preface by saying that I've only ever left one positive review (never any bad ones) on a business before. I was very impressed with the service I received today. This evening, I went to the Embrun Shoppers Drug Mart location to make an exchange. The gentleman at the cash, Luke, was extremelly professional and polite. Even though the computer froze, he was apologetic and genuinely interested in our conversation while still trying to acomodate me. I figured its always nice to receive a compliment and know that your efforts are recognized and appreciated. Thank-you Luke for the great service!

Excellent service from all the staff and all the pharmacists, very kind and very professional, they get the work done faster than most pharmacies I've been to. I 100% recommend this location. I never have any negative experiences when I go to this store. Keep it up!!!

I've never used the pharmacy, but I love shopping the aisles. They have great deals often, the PC points works well, the bonuses are always available. The cashiers have always been available and more than helpful. Aisle clerks always helped me too.

Staf are always friendly and helpful.

Got our favorite coffee there much cheaper than any where else. They were out of it and gave me a rain check good for 1 month that I could use as often as I want.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, the pharmacists are very kind and very knowledgeable, Mina and Ayman are some of the very professional pharmacists that always provide the best possible service, they 100% deserve a pay raise for their service!!!

Consistent service and great selection of products. My only two issues are that you'll need to check expiry dates on products and they do not accept returns for some reason.

I'm 10 minutes away and I can't wait !!!!heard great things !!
