Had the best birthday ride along Boundary Bay dike, down country roads, past beautiful farmland to Barnside Brewery for lunch! Murray & his team at Pedego were professional & fun, giving us confidence to hit the trails! The bikes were great & easy to get the hang of. We would definitely recommend this business & we look forward to our next adventure with them!

Murray Pratt (extraordinaire!) and his fantastic team deserve all the praise from the first time my partner and I stepped into their store to check out Pedego e-bikes, learning about, demo-ing and finally buying our bikes! Murray has become a fast friend from that first meeting. He’s so passionate about his product and wants everyone to be confident, comfortable so that they can also enjoy their experience with Pedego! Murray takes such good care of you throughout the whole process and beyond in making sure everything is working out for you. Any issues and he’s there to accommodate! What a great find! I saw an Instagram post about this place and wanted to check it out. I was extra surprised to find that it was located in a new little community in Southlands Delta BC, complete with cafes, shops, breweries and farm market. You can spend a few hours biking the beach, book a day tour or even an overnight adventure.

Murray and his staff were so welcoming, skilled and patient. We were given hands on instruction on how to use the bikes and he made sure we were comfortable and even guided us to great starting point for our ride! We were given bikes bags for our supplies, emergency bike equipment and a map. (He had sunscreen at the ready! It’s the small things folks!) Murray is passionate and genuine. This is a great activity for yourself or family, but would be amazing for groups of any sort (stags, bachelorette, retreats, recovery). The cost is very reasonable. I will be back to do a day tour in the near future!

Just love my trike and Murray’s great service. I live on a remote island so getting it here was a challenge that Murray worked hard at organizing. Just today I discovered another advantage of a trike. I can use my trike to go on “walks” with others as it’s easy to go at a slow enough pace that would not be possible on a bike. I highly recommend Murray and the fat tire trike for other mobility challenged seniors.

Rented an e-bike on a stunning Spring day. Murray gave me a thorough run-through of the features and off I went, riding the beautiful Boundary Bay Dyke Trail. The bike was top-notch and I had a fantastic ride with a highlight being the exceptionally friendly and helpful service from Murray, his son Richie, and Angela. I couldn't recommend Pedego Delta more highly for local or Island e-biking experiences.

We rented five e-bikes from Pedego for our trip to Salt Spring Island and it was the best decision we could have made for this trip. Pedego is one of the most exceptional businesses I’ve dealt with and the trip wouldn’t have been as smooth without his help setting us up and even riding us to the ferry terminal. My mom who’s in her 60s hadn’t biked in 45 years prior to this trip but Murray made sure she was comfortable on the bike before we left. On the way to the ferry we reviewed all the key steps to using the e-bike safely. If it wasn’t for Murray we wouldn’t have caught the ferry on time.

During the trip our e-bikes were a godsend. we effortlessly biked up all the massive hills on Salt Spring Island. There were no surprises and the bikes were very comfortable. We rode 3 different models: avenue, interceptor, and boomerang. We had an amazing time doing the scenic North and South loops on the island.

On our journey back from the ferry to the shop, there were unfavourable weather conditions but Murray made sure we made it back safely (especially my mom). This is a business with real heart and soul, know that you’re in the best of hands with Pedego!!

Hands-down, the best place to purchase an E bike!! Everyone at Pedego Delta that I spoke to was absolutely amazing. Murray genuinely cares about his customers and is super thorough and making sure you know what you’re purchasing and how to use it! I am beyond impressed with the entire process and will never hesitate to recommend the store!! From rentals to purchasing hands-down, amazing service! I would rate it 10 stars not just five if I could!

Wow what a game changer! With the utmost care and kindness, pedego delta has been an outstanding choice. I rented an ebike for my 5 day solo trip to galiano and had the best most amazing trip this time all thx to renting from pedego in delta. Murray the very lovely proprietor there was kind enough to take me for an initial test drive/safety lesson, ensuring my comfort. Then when it came time for the trip itself he personally escorted me to the ferry terminal, a half hour ride from the shop. My confidence grew on the bike as I went and by the end of the trip I was a pro. the ability to go to any beach I wanted at any moment was a true joy, absolute freedom! On the way back, I was picked up by pedego at the ferry in a van to fit the bike too, as I was pretty beat from my trip. So much gratitude to murray and Pedego delta. Best darn rates out there too! If you are planning an island getaway, definitely consider pedego delta!

Had an amazing ride along centennial Beach to Barnside for a delicious lunch. Murray and his son were knowledgeable, patient teachers and guides. Going above and beyond to give us a memorable experience. Can't wait to ride again.

My sister & I rented some electric bikes from Pedego in Delta & had a great time riding along the dyke. The staff were really friendly and ensured we properly understood how to use the bikes before we left. I hadn't ridden a bike in years and had never ridden an electric one so this was appreciated. The location was great as there's easy access to beachside trails and the roads were nice & quiet for a newbie like me. Before long I was riding along at full speed & feeling totally comfortable. Highly recommend it!

Had an incredible ride thanks to Murray and his team! With a quick tutorial on the bike I was able to enjoy a solo ride with confidence. I’d just walked in with no reservation or planning and Murray still had a fully charged e-bike ready for me! Can’t recommend this place enough weather you’re planning a day trip or just in the area looking for something to do!

Best bike rental in Vancouver. The service was second to none; we were given a thorough tutorial of the bikes to ensure we were confident and comfortable riding them and also given details of local routes. The rental cost was great value and the bikes themselves were fantastic. I would highly recommend if you are visiting Vancouver to do the Boundary Bay to Mud Bay cycle route and to rent bikes from here! Thank you Murray!

What a fun day meeting up with group of ladies and riding on a Pedgeo rental e-bike to Deas Island Park. For my first time on a power assist bike, Richie and Murray were awesome in ensuring I was comfortable with the features and procedure. I’ve had my clunky hybrid manual bicycle for almost 25 years…think this might be a good time to consider purchase of a Pedego. Thanks and glad I got to try it out!

Murray, his bike mechanic, and his support team at Pedego in Delta went above and beyond to fix my pedego latch bike. Though they had not seen my electrical problem before their persistence and problem solving got my bike back on the road. Their professional and friendly approach to everyone who walks in the shop is always apparent … they are a huge part of the bike community in Delta as well as the GVRD, (I drove from N Burnaby). They want you to be on the road enjoying your bike, as well as keeping it safe. Their 5 star rating is well deserved.

Murray Pratt at Pedego Electric Bikes provided excellent and quick repair service this weekend. Upon leaving the ferry, we realized a seat post clamp bolt had sheared off, which could bring our trip to a halt unless replaced. Pedego was the only bike shop in Delta/Tsawwassen open on a holiday Sunday and quickly fixed us up with a replacement clamp to get us on our way. The shop is clean, organized and the staff were excellent. Although their focus is electric bikes, they were happy to look after our non-electric road touring tandem. The service was so prompt we did not even have the opportunity to enjoy the nearby coffee shop!

Had a wonderful experience renting a bike here! I decided to go on a spontaneous day trip to Boundary Bay and walked in for an e-bike rental, and Murray was extra helpful from helping me choose a bike to giving me a short e-bike lesson on the road. Not to mention he’s super friendly!

Bikes themselves were comfy and can go quite fast. The trails can be quite rocky but I didn’t feel too much of the bounce. I was enjoying the ride so much that I didn’t realize that I had already reached the Boundary Bay airport!

Overall an amazing experience with Murray, and I recommend renting from Pedego if you’re visiting the area.

Rented bikes from Murray and his son, Rich- super service, great bikes- they went above and beyond to set us up in the proper gear and easy to ride e-bikes. So informative and friendly. Pedego provided an affordable joy filled ride through Delta! It was a super fun way to spend an afternoon. I will definitely go back.

Easy to learn and friendly, professional staff! My partner and I found the shop nearby the cafe and wanted to try e-bikes for the first time. We had a great time and spent almost 5 hours just biking up and down the Boundary Bay Dyke Trail. It looks like it’d be fun to do a tour, so we might try it again next time. Had the best customer service ever!!! Rented and rode my very first ebike! Used it for a whole weekend biking on Pender Island with 9 other ladies! Murray, one of the owners is quick witted and full of enthusiasm, not to mention they rent and sell some of THE best ebikes on the market. I rented the Pedego Interceptor 24” as I’m only 5’2”. It was awesome! I took it up 11-12% grade hills with hairpin corners. I could pass all of my friends and braking was smooth and quiet, not loud and screeching like some of the other bikes. With a full day of biking, I was only down 1 bar whereas some of my fellow peddlers had only 1bar left!!! Quick and easy drop off! Highly recommend!
