7-Eleven

I’m a Security Guard with a local security company, I felt really bad for one woman that I had to kick off my site after complaining she was cold. She refused to go to the local shelter. After buying her a coffee as the least I can do, Aryan a worker at this 7/11 not only helped me find some things for her, but gave me a huge bag of some food they were otherwise going to throw away. The women felt so blessed in this moment and broke down. He made some helpless women’s night and mine aswell. I’m shocked at how a little act goes such a long way. All props to Aryan! :)

24 hour convenience store, centrally located in Lethbridge. I was pleasantly surprised to find a Canada Post box here.

The coffee station was clean, and well tended by an attentive team member.

There was also a large selection of pharmacy basics, ready to eat foods, and the regular snacks.

Friendly customer service from the girl. Really enjoy the Pink Lemonade Slurpees!! 💗 Thank you!

It's 7-11 what do you want? Nothing out of the ordinary but well managed and friendly staff. Usually the food on the rollers, like the taquitos, are properly cooked and handled within health regulations but not always, it depends on the staff. So you're gambling if you don't know which staff aren't gross. Otherwise for me the absolute best feature is being able to bring whatever container I want to fill up with slurpee. Really great because I have one of 7-11's Colossus mugs (holds 2 litres, seriously I measured).

It's always open expensive but I guess u pay for convenience.

We live out of town, and we have always been 7-11 supporters. But we sure haven't had a good experience .....ever at this location.
Today we went in at 1pm and they had No hot food at all. Not much in the sandwich case either. No one had a good attitude or give a damn who was in the store. But, this was the first time we got hot coffee.....so there's that.
You can do better than that!

I bought a milk from this store and the milk was so bad when opened it. I went back to store to return it but the Indian girl was arguing with me that they don’t take opened products if the product is bad. How this store loot hard worked money from the customer. Please don’t buy any products without checking the expiry date from this store. There products are expired. Also they behave very rude with customer when you return the product specially the Indian girl

Poor service and they don't listen and sevve customers like their slaves. I had bad experience from this location. I visited night time and staff girl was so rude with me.

Same with the other southside location everytime I try to call it says line is busy its almost like two people just sit chit chat to the other southside location can never ever get through with them very frustrating..

If you want to have health issues. Shop here otherwise stay away from this place.
