Excellent customer service . Always greeted by a staff member offering help . Lovely gift items for bird lovers and good variety of seed .
I bought myself a seasonal bird flag for Christmas and some suet with chili that squirrels don’t like . The clerk bagged it in a beautiful Christmas 🎄 bag for me ! And said act surprised.

On another note 🎵:
I’m having trouble lately with my other seed getting wet very quickly even with feeder fresh . I may need more shelter for my feeders.

Top spot in Guelph to get your birding supplies.. my personal fave is the hot pepper suet, keeps those pesky critters away.. birds don’t have heat sensors so the peppers don’t bother them.
Also, they run the live ‘barred owl’ camera showing the progress of the eggs into owlets.

I love this store! We don't live in the area anymore but either on my way to or from a visit with family in Cambridge, I like to stop from time to time to get bird seed and check out the new products. I still like to shop online because of the quality of anything I buy there. When we lived closer to Guelph, I didn't buy seed or bird feeders anywhere else. Also purchased a fantastic pair of binoculars there as well a few years ago. Great shopping experience every time because of the knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Over the last few years, I’ve interacted with many different team members and they’ve all been phenomenal. They have a great selection of products and knowledgeable people to point you in the right direction.

This is a wonderful spot to pick up anything you need to feed your birds or get a gift for someone.

I had a great experience choosing my new conure. Im very pleased and impressed with how much the gentleman cared and the knowledge he has for them. I named my little boy Yoda and he's a very beautiful and healthy conure. The gentleman asked me to call if i have any questions and he provided me with a cage and food for my baby. Also, I would recommend Guelph Birds Nest for anyone looking for their little guy

After having numerous cheaper bird feeders destroyed or simply fall apart, I made a decision to buy quality feeders with lifetime guarantees. Two of my WBU feeders have since been damaged - a squirrel-proof perching feeder was hauled down and dismantled by raccoons and just recently my nyger mesh feeder was chomped by a bear. In both cases, WBU gave me the materials to repair the feeders at no charge, and offered to do the work for me if I had any trouble reassembling them. Great products, an amazing warranty, and friendly knowledgeable service.

Anything bird related, this should be your go to store. A bit pricey for everything, but if you buy the membership, it brings down the cost of almost everything to a reasonable price!

You get what you pay for, there's a bit higher cost but the feed is more effective. I have bought feed from pet valu and other places pet stores and the "birds unlimited" branded food seem to attract the birds better and you can talk to their EXTREMELY knowledgeable staff and they'll help guide you to certain feed for certain birds. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Unknowingly stumbled in here on the day of their event to welcome the new owners (very busy) to buy new binoculars to replace some broken ones. Someone still took the time to show me the ropes on a pair outside and answer any questions I had. Always hear great things about this place!

The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. Took time to discuss what types of birds I was already seeing at my feeders, birds I was hoping to see, types of food and feeders I already had to determine what would be most appropriate for me. (Turns out the feeder I had picked out wouldn't have suited my purposes and they were able to re-direct me to a something that would be a better fit.) Love their feeders and products. Wonderful, knowledgeable staff. Great place if you're into back yard birding.

I have visited the store in Guelph twice. First time was before Christmas as my wife had asked for a bird feeder. The gentleman was great. He listened and suggested what products we may like (as we are new at this).
This past weekend, we went back as the birds have eaten all the feed already. Once again, friendly, courteous service. It's great to see that supreme customer service is still out there.

I have shopped this store for years. The folks are always, always friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about birds and bird stuff. They sell good quality products that hold up over time and have provided free parts when something has broken. Also like the benefits of loyalty program 'bird bucks' to offset costs.
Should mention that they also sell really good binoculars and scopes if you are looking for optics. Feed, feeders, optics, some Tilley merchandise too.

Fantastic store to get your bird feeder and supplies. They offer a membership which gets you discounts on their products, and comes with a free mug on sign up. It's a no brainier, even if you shop one a month you'll get your value from the membership. The staff are very friendly. Definitely check this place out. Much better quality seed and supply and plenty of gift ideas too

Just love this place. The staff are truly the most helpful of any store I have been to. It is clear they are passionate about birds and enjoy their job. They stand by their products too. I have had feeders replaced...no questions...no charge.

Great store! The staff is very helpful and they left me some shelled peanuts along with my curb side pickup order, to attract bluejays. So thoughtful!! Co-Vid has forced me to look out the window more, and they helped me to have a lovely view of cardinals, bluejays and woodpeckers, so far.

This is a wonderful store with a wide variety of birdseed and feeders. The staff provide direction in selecting seed types and helpful tips for bird watchers. Since coming to Wild Birds Unlimited I have had numerous new types of birds at my backyard feeders and enjoy bird feeding year round.

Great staff and good inventory! Hand written note in the Invoice saying "Thank you and enjoy the hummers!" was great and show that they take the time to cherish their customers :)

Love watching birds??? This is the place for binoculars, scopes, bird feed and feeders. Very knowledgeable people. Great bird lover wearable gear. T-shirt: Squirrel: "Hey, our bird feeder's empty." Love it!
