Baby B Home is by far one of my favourite shops. I have been going there for years, and have had nothing but positive experiences.

I always find the best products and they are always amazing quality. Some of my son’s absolute favourite toys have been discovered and purchased from Baby B Home. The clothes and sleep sacks we have purchased are durable and the best materials.

In terms of customer service, everyone I have dealt with there always has a friendly greeting - usually by name (they make such an effort to get to know their customers!). Even when I am there with my two small children, the staff is very welcoming. Everyone is extremely helpful as well. During one of my recent visits, I had my hands full carrying my baby in the car seat and my purchases from the store, and Emily got up, and opened the door for me without me even asking her for help.

Baby B Home is a must visit, and the staff are wonderful.

Love this store. Great selection of baby and kids clothes and care, toys, handmade and educational items. Great quality items that the big box stores don't carry. Can always find something special or if they don't have it, have always directed me where to go. Their stuffed animal selection and quality is amazing and unique. We've found many we haven't seen any where else( a loch Ness monster stuffy) Fantastic for gift shopping and hard to find items. Staff is knowledgeable and patient even when your busy little is in tow. Heads up there are 2 stairs as it's in a historic building but ring the bell and staff will give you a hand. Definitely a gem in beautiful downtown Paris.

The Staff at Baby B Home were beyond amazing. Made my trip there to purchase some nursing bras and baby products, but had my little 11mos old daughter in tow so I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out. Well, Emily carried my daughter while I tried on some things and checked out a few items. Baby girl was even smiling and sweet with Emily. Even though the store doesn't technically have a dressing room or a place for a mama to nurse a baby, they kindly pulled out a chair for me to do so with my girl. I'm so appreciative of how accommodating they were and how friendly and helpful they were in helping me find certain products. I hardly ever take the time to leave reviews (this would be my 2nd), but when the experience and customer service goes above and beyond I am compelled to do so.

One of my favourite places to buy children clothes, toys and books for my little one and as gifts for friends! Amazing selection and the customer service is great. I purposely drive 40 minutes just to shop here - well worth it. Highly recommend.

Great customer service every time I've shopped here. I don't live in Paris and therefore have made calls ahead to ensure they have the inventory that I'm looking for. The owner has gone out of her way to set items aside for me to pick up at a convenient time for me.

Stumbled across this little shop in downtown Paris. A great range of high quality kids and baby stuff but it’s the exceptional service that sets it apart.

Good quality products

4 out if 5 for product but 1 out if 5 for customer service. The sales associate was on the phone the entire time I was in the store and didn’t acknowledge me until I went to pay at which point she asked me when I was dude, I was 3 months postpartum and cried the entire way home.

Items in store are wonderful but the staff is not. My experience was horrible. It is not accessible and not welcoming to young children in the store. Toys that my 2 year old grandson was picking out to possibly buy were litterly ripped from his hands as the store keeper kept reminding me its because of covid, even though he had hand sanitized and was possibly going to purchase. I was hurt , shocked and angered that others in the store got to handle items but my grandson was treated this way. I would not recommend this place and will not ever go back.

Terrible experience.
My mom and I had previously been to the store and picked up some great items. We needed to exchange one item so we thought we would head back with my sister and nephew and make a little shopping trip out of it.

When we arrived (to an entrance that is NOT accessible for strollers) the woman working there barely even gave us a moment before very rudely telling us to hand sanitizer (which we would have done without needing to be told to).

While shopping we were all touching items as one does when shopping. And right away we all saw multiple items we wanted to purchase. My nephew (who is 2 years old) wanted to touch some of the toys and the woman extremely rudely told my sister and mom to make my nephew stop touching things and uncomfortably followed him around the store and actually started ripping toys out of his hands. My mom was asking my nephew to put a stuffed animal down and instead of waiting she again just ripped it out of his hands. Her reasoning was that due to covid he wasn't allowed to touch anything in the store, even though he had hand sanitized. Her ripping toys out of his hands and hovering over my sister made us all feel extremely uncomfortable that we wanted to leave immediately. Beyond the unacceptable action of ripping a toy out of a child's hand (at a kids store) she was also breaking social distancing rules and was too close to my nephew.

We put back the items we were going to purchase and my mom asked for her money back instead of store credit or exchanging for the item we were originally bringing back. The woman who worked there refused because my nephew had touched the item and said that it would have to get quarantined for 48 hours before putting it back on the shelf (she also said that after 7 days items returned will receive store credit instead of refund and we were returning it on day 8 but she kept focusing her justification on covid related reasons). Eventually after her speaking very rudely to us my mom said that she has no intention of returning to the store and would not accept store credit so she did eventually get her money back.

We all left feeling awful and my sister was upset. This store has some beautiful products but is not kid friendly, is not accessible, and has terrible customer service.

If her justification for her actions is because of covid protocols than nobody should be allowed to touch any of the products (not just a child), she should have to wear gloves since she is not recognizing hand sanitizing as sufficient to be able to touch items, and she should have followed social distancing protocols and never came that physically close to my nephew to be able to rip a toy from his hands.

I peeked in but seems impossible to get in and out independently with the stroller so we left. Seems an odd choice to have a baby store that babies can't get into.
