I dropped into the store without an appointment at approx 1400 Sat, 06 Jul 24 as my Specialized Hard Rock bicycle sustained a flat rear tire whilst in the area. A Big, HUGE thank you to Alec who installed a new tube and even cleaned my chain in under 15 min. He is very competent, courteous and friendly and deserves some special acknowledgement! Definately a stellar representative for Sport Check!

Ian in the bike department is awesome. Always helpful and is great with repairs and adjustments.

It's worth the time to come to this location for your bike service needs, and their selection and pricing is great on new bikes!

Nadine in the shoe department was amazing. Some of the best service I have ever received. I was looking for a boys soccer cleat and she looked up every shoe to see if they carried the size and then proceeded to go above and beyond by looking in the back to see if there were any cleats not on display that they had in a size. She brought out an additional pair. Nadine deserves a raise. She was so amazing, friendly and professional and knowledgeable. So happy with my experience here.

Excellent services. Visited last evening/night. There was a representative by the name of EVA on the basement floor. She is probably Punjabi. She helped us a lot, superb customer services with impressive product knowledge. Sales focused with excellent judgment for recommending clothing size. Thumbs up.

Great experience buying hockey skates. They were able to order me in the correct size which showed up in 24 hours and then heated and molded them to my feet the next day. Great sale on skates at times and solid customer service.

I work in a busy clinic and get at least 8,000 steps by the time I get home. Nike has always been my preferred runner for over a decade.
Much to my dismay my last pair of runners bought at this location squeaked to no end. I tried everything to stop it but after 6 weeks I called Sportcheck explaining that I was about to lose my mind with one more squeak but in all honesty I had them longer than I should have, I threw away my receipt and paid cash.
Despite all of that they exchanged my shoes and could not have been nicer about it.

Cannot say enough good things about the Service Shop manager Ian. After having a terrible experience at the Linden Ridge location (will never go back) due to a sketchy and temperamental service manager who did an awful job, and a GM that was no better, customer service sent me to Polo to get my bike tuned.

What a world of a difference. Ian was extremely helpful, fixed my issues within a day, showed me how to properly care for two issues (loud hydraulic brakes, loose crank), and had my bike polished to brand new upon pickup. Would recommend this service shop for anyone needing a proper bike tune.

Pleasant and knowledgeable staff who helped with my purchase of 2 pair of runners. Selection is large. Staff quickly decide best comfortable running shoe for my needs and I bought them.

There is an older gentleman working in the skates department who was more knowledgeable about fitting skates and helped me more than anybody I’ve encountered anywhere else. I have a hard time fitting my strange feet and he was incredibly helpful and explained a lot to me. More than my podiatrist has.

Want to give kudos to a gentleman named Chris who helped us out at the Polo Park location yesterday.
He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the anatomy & physiology and the importance of the correct shoe for proper alignment of knees, hip and spine. We can't say enough,. This fellow is a true asset and from now on We Will come here to buy our shoes from Chris. My partner was so impressed that he left a $40 tip for this sales professional at the till. We trust that he got it. Thank you Chris!

The gentleman who I believe manages the bike shop is great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought my bike last fall and I'm still very happy with it. This location also has a huge selection of all items.
