Lovely and hidden place. This place is a combination of many things that were put together awesomely. Ice cream for the family with kids....quietly have a cup of coffee, a good place to focus and do work..........but this is your local bike shop ...maintenance of your bike, buying your next awesome mountain bike...get the right accessories..... it is another hidden gem .

I can't say enough good things about my local bike shop, Flow State. I recently purchased a new frame there and was thrilled to sit with Nick, the head mechanic, as he built it up for me. His expertise, attention to detail, and patience with all my questions made for an awesome new bike day experience. Thanks so much to the shop owner, Nate, for hooking me up with my dream build frame and to Nick for assembling such a perfectly tuned rig. Flow State Bike Co for life!

Wife and I rented Santa Cruz e-bikes for the 3 hr window. Very friendly staff, talked us thru operation and setup of the bike.
Had a coffees (very good) after the ride in the shop.
Great overall experience.

Excellent group of guys and a great shop. Coffee is delicious, and they take care of bikes with the same enthusiasm. Brought my wife’s Ripmo in for a bad sealing rear tubeless tire. They replaced the sealant and took care of the bike so we could get back to riding while we were visiting from Florida. Wish we had shops and guys like this in Florida!! Thank you.

Finally made it out to Flowstate as we were cruising through on our way camping.

Super super friendly staff. Sausage roll and smoke salmon bagel were amazing and just what we needed to fuel us on to our final destination. Cold beer on a great patio what else do you need…..oh yeah bike repairs, supplies , and a rad stock of bikes.

If you haven’t made it up there yet go go go. Even if it’s just to bring the kiddos for some ice cream.

I can't express enough how incredible the bike mechanic services at Flow State are. I brought in my bike with a complex request to replace all its components and tailor it perfectly to my needs. Nick's dedication was extraordinary—he didn't rest until everything was flawless. I've visited numerous bike mechanics before, but none compare to Nick's skill and commitment. If you need your bike serviced, look no further. Flow State is simply the best!

Great bike store and cafe. Amazing location, close to so many trails and nice roads. Rented an e-MTB and the process was very smooth and efficient. The only problem is of course now I want a new bike ;)

Great service and coffee! I took each of my family members' bikes here for various different things and was well taken care of. They only repair what is necessary and did a great job.

Plus they make a good flat white, bonus!

Stopped in to check out the bike accessories. The shop is very nice and they have a good range of items.
The helmets in stock are quite nice and I'll be back in the spring to see what new stock comes in.

Didn't try out the coffee and food but the café side looked very nice, cozy, and welcoming.

Worth stopping in!

Took the Santa Cruz Heckler SL out for a full day rental. Amazing bike and amazing rental experience!!

Top Notch Service. I live in Dundas with plenty of bike shops around. It was highly recommended I visit Flow State. By far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in a bike shop and well worth the drive. Nate and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from start to to finish when purchasing my new Fat Bike. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles, drinks, food, and my new bike awaiting. They made sure my new bike purchase was perfectly set-up before I left. The icing on the cake was when the owner Nate, went above and beyond in accommodating my 2 year old son’s ‘ride shot gun’ set up on my bike. Because my son would be riding with me all winter, Nate suggested special hand warmers. Unfortunately he was sold out. He gave me his last pair that was arranged to be for his own child. Such a unique shop and experience that I didn’t want to leave. Great place to hang out! Well done. I’ll be back soon with the family.

I have spent some time in many bike stores and shops across Canada and my local bike store Flow State is second to none. The owner Nate is a stellar dude and happy to help you with all your needs. This is the type of store Guelph and area needed. One stop shop, coffee, bikes, beer and friendly knowledgeable service. What more could you ask for?

This is a great little shop. I came in for a latte yesterday and got a chance to look around for the first time in a long time while it was being prepared.

Very stylish decor, a cozy little coffee shop with delicious food. It’s a shame that I got my drinks to go, I would have loved to sit and enjoy the shop for a bit (but we had to check out the awesome new park on Boreham)!

In addition to its food and drink offerings, it’s also a great bike shop with a wide range of starter and advanced bikes and a good selections of helmets and other bike accessories. This actually makes perfect sense. If you live in this area you probably know how popular it is for road cyclists. After a long ride this would be an absolute oasis.

Flow State really is a gem nestled in the lovely village of Arkell and worth a visit anytime you’re passing through.

Happened along this place after riding Guelph Lake today. Spectacular! If you want a great coffee, a snack or even a beer post-ride after riding Guelph Lake or Arkell, stop by for sure! Our new favourite spot since the other coffee shop close to Guelph Lake seems to be closed on any day that ends in ‘y’

I was biking with a friend on the weekend and he recommended that we stop at this place on Arkell. I was amazed at how the owners of the great little Store/Cafe have ticked all the right boxes for the best biking stop. I was impressed by the great coffee, baking, ice cream and drinks. This is the best rest stop that I can imagine and obviously I am not alone in this perspective because there were at least 50 other cyclists there. Bravo Nate and crew. You nailed it.

Great place to stop before or after hitting the trails! Sandwich was amazing with house made sauce!

I was finally able to go check this place out and it was worth the wait. This is by far the coolest bike shop/coffee bar. I was blown away by all the selection of bikes/gear and the food and drink menu looked amazing. Definitely going back soon for a coffee. I went in today to get some advice on dropper posts and the two gentlemen inside were beyond helpful and friendly. This place gives you a great vibe and I 100% recommend checking it out.
