Great variety and deals. Very near to be a local store with fresh food and beverage selections on top of the many vitamins and minerals available. Staff was very helpful too.

This has been my go to place eversince they moved from the smaller location across Mcphillips! Everything from fresh organic meat and dairy to vegan and vegetarian options. Vitamins and healthy beauty maintenance options. Spices and baking goods too! Many local products from baked goods to Manitoba rolled oats plus produce.

Priced some vitamins and they have the lowest price I've seen in the city on CoQ-10.

There is one that is vegan for a little more.

Also, vegan marshmallows and plenty of Vegetarian "meat substitutes."
