Amazing place to get great deals on solid working refurbished and new items. Always the place I check before going anywhere else. For pretty much everything too.

I have shopped at Factory Direct for years. They have some interesting products to offer sometimes I find their prices are better than mainstream discount stores. Today I bought a weighted blanket and a USB C front port. They are definitely following covid guidelines and the staff are very helpful and courteous. I recommend the store for your shopping needs especially in the areas of electronics because their prices are very good.

I've never had an issue with this store, and staff are good people. Sad to see the store go. Hope the company does right by the employees when it's all said and done.

Had a really great experience here. The staff member went above and beyond to make sure we got a great TV in perfect condition. The other staff member helped us carry our TV to our car too. It was really appreciated and we would recommend this location for sure :)

Went to factory direct in Brantford ont and looking for a bt speaker. The electronic guy was busy helping another customer so I asked the guy at the cash if he had time to help. He helped me try out speakers to make sure I was getting what I was looking for within my price range. He found a product online they had in the back brought it out and I loved the sound so I bought it! If you need help with speakers ask for NATE !

They have a lot of great products at decent points! As well, customer service is excellent. Management and staff will always make it their priority to help whether it is in finding items or quickly dealing with a product issue. Great place to shop for electronics, gadgets and toys. Check them out if you haven't yet.

If your looking for descent quality items this is the place to go . I have been buying all my electronics here for 5 years now I have yet to be disappointed . Recently bought a tablet from a brand I had never heard of before . The screen quality is crisp with amazing storage capacity

The managers here seem to always go above and beyond. Knowledgeable staff is ready to answer any questions we have. Repeat customer, happy to shop there! Just wish they had a little more merchandise available in store! Website up to date for shopping regarding stock so that is very helpful!

I just have to say... Wow! The team here, and at their head office, really went above and beyond to help me out today. I won't get into too many details, but I will say that there is a reason I have purchased every new television I have owned for the past 10 years from Factory Direct. As a home theatre enthusiast, this normally means higher end products like LG OLEDs and quantum dot LED televisions.

The customer service is just stellar, and the prices are hands down, unbeatable. Anything I've purchased from a Factory Direct in past that may have needed an exchange always resulted in a quick and friendly swap with no harsh or assuming questions, and the lengths the teams and their respective stores will go to ensure your satisfaction as a customer is beyond their due diligence.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with the staff. The staff went above and beyond to help process my order when they really didn’t have to. Management and regular associates were all very friendly and helpful. It was great to see that they were also keeping social distancing a priority during these times as I am a medical professional and have seen it slip in other chains Great job guys keep up the great work!

I was their on Tuesday and was searching for a few items before i could start my shop i was greeted and asked if need anything. The cashier was super friendly. And she made sure i knew the sales.I was having a issue finding a item i had a coupon for. So i walked around a corner an their was a lady working, i asked her if she knew where item was she not only stopped what she was doing but took me to it and asked if i needed specific colour. I then went down to their tech area which was nice to see but cables were a tad out of sorts. I asked for help finding that item and the gentleman helped me get it no problem. Super friendly staff , got to meet some of the new team i have heard about from others and I really enjoyed my experience. Big thank you to cashier sherry assistant manager jenn and Ed in the tech area. Such a wonderful team of people and best part they were happy and smiling not like other stores the staff are not like them ,keep up the changes can't wait to see what's to come and a big thank you to jenn for making my daughter laugh and smile lol our trip started out she was cranky and screaming. These people are truly amazing.

Friendly staff, always buy my air conditioners and TVs their. Just got a iPhone last week from them for the first time works great and I got a good deal. They were very helpful setting it up and answering my questions

I enjoy going to this store as they often have interesting products and always have great deals. The staff are friendly and helpful. On my last visit Crystal was a huge help to me. She has great product knowledge and a customer service focused attitude. Thanks again Crystal, I appreciate it.

I've bought multiple speakers from this store for work. They're loud, good quality, affordable and durable considering how dusty and dirty of an environment we keep them in. The staff is all quite knowledgable on the electronics there and when one of our speakers stopped working last week we took it back into the store and the manager, Matt, was extremely helpful and able to quickly identify what was wrong with it and set up a claim to get it repaired under the warranty. Thanks again to the entire staff for all your help!

I have bought several TVs among plenty of other things from Matt (manager). He knows a lot about the technical specs on items they carry and can steer you in the right direction. He has an excellent disposition and a very customer focused manor. I've dealt with him enough to say he really enjoys working with customers and strives to make sure that customers leave the store satisfied. He's a tremendous asset to Factory Direct. OMG this outlet is so great now unlike that matt that ripped folks off. all the new staff here are wonderful very knowledgeable & friendly. I was shocked that Jenn let me return a tv that i bought months ago & gave me full credit, no way matt would of. the other day i accidentally dropped $10 out of my pocket & i couldnt believe one of the lovely staff walked around trying to find who dropped it. witch is why i wanted to comment of these staff & outlet. i see them go out of there way to make sure others are 100% happy with their purchases. its much fun too shop there once again. I bought a tv here and the Manager Jamie was an awesome helper, she was patient with getting me through online ordering and super helpful with picking up my order! Will definitely be coming back!

Bought a refurbished ac here and it was brand new still in the original package. The sales guy was great and lowered the price for me. Plus he carted it out to my vehicle for me. Pretty standup guy!
