What an amazing place to go. I got my PAL license here and we book packages to come here and shoot all kinds of guns. It is so much fun. The staff are very informative and very kind. You wont regret this experience at all!!

10/10 experience. I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday and had an amazing time. The staff- specifically David (who worked with us the entire time) was great. He knew what he was talking about in regards to guns, and he made us feel very safe and comfortable while ensuring an unforgettable experience. We will 100% be back to try out some more guns !!! The selection is huge and the workers expertise make the price 100% worth it!

Safe and comfortable place to try shooting for your first time, or thousandth. Shooting packages available for all types of firearms to try firing. Very well trained and informative staff and range officers, with extensive choices of weapons. Take a Tylenol and some voltaren if you're weak. I really enjoyed this with my wife.

First time here, purchased a new Henry Lever and was excited to try it out. From first impression and forward, these guys were great. Very welcoming and professional. Look forward to the next time. I’ll bring my wife and teach how to shoot. Hopefully she likes it so we can become part of the family.

I’m 63 years young with old friggin eyes, and have not shot in 30 years. Love the gun though, this was right out of the box at 15 yards.

A buddy and I booked for Walking Dead 3.0 recently. The online booking system is great. The option to signing the waivers online was time saving.
They asked us to show up 15 mins before the range apointment time. The staff that checked us in was very polite. The range officer was very professional and experienced to guide novices like us. He taught us the basics on handling the weapon safely. We felt we were in good hands.
5 starts for this professionally run yet customer friendly range. If you are a beginner and wanted to try the shooting range for fun, these guys have you covered.

Just had an amazing experience today. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the range officer that we had ( big guy with a full beard) but he was extremely helpful ( I have twitchy hands) and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back!!!!

Visited with a group of 8. Booking ahead of time was a bit of a hassle but thankfully everything worked out. I am able to get past that and speak on our experience at the range itself.

The range officers were very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. They provided great tips and suggestions to ensure a safe experience. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. It's super welcoming and very beginner friendly. Highly recommend!!

What a wonderful experience! It was our first time using a firearm and Howard was the perfect teacher. Admittedly, my wife was a much better shot than me, but we will be back for another session soon. The entire process, from booking to shooting was easy to follow and all questions were answered in advance. I would highly recommend using Urban Tactical for anyone interested in learning the proper way to handle a firearm.

I'm a member at Urban Tactical. They are an outstanding place to go and do some fun target-shooting. Staff are very courteous and professional, and always make range safety the Number One priority (as they should). Totally happy with UT. No complaints.

I love this place! My sister is blind and all of the staff, John especially, are amazingly kind, compassionate, and accommodating for her. He works so descriptively and so passionately that each time she leaves there she feels like she got the best experience of her life! We went with a large group for my birthday and from the moment we stepped in the process was very professional and organized! We all felt very relaxed and very confident when it was our turn to shoot! Overall an amazing experience and we will all be back again soon! Thank you urban tactical!

Staff is always great and helpful if needed. If you don’t need help, they leave you alone to shoot. It’s a fantastic range to be a member at or even drop in. We just did a work outing, it was amazing and everyone had a lot of fun.

A highly professional business that offers high standard experience for those who wish to try/practice shooting whether they have past experience or not.
It is great to see places offering this experience for families and individuals without spending an arm and a leg on expensive courses and licenses, not mentioning the cost arms to buy.
Great experience, and a big collection of arms to chose from. I wish they have a closer location to where I live.

The customer service was beyond amazing here. Super kind staff and just the right amount of safety. Not over kill and not too little. The people there are all very knowledgeable and kind. I was there for the couples therapy session and our instructor was a muscular man which I unfortunately didn’t get the name of. The pricing here is also better than other local places. A must do.

We had an amazing experience! It was perfect for us beginners, and no licensing was required. Huge variety of weapons with knowledgeable staff. Thanks for the memorable birthday. We will definitely be returning asap.

David was our range officer!!! I was a first time shooter going in quite nervous. He was amazing, built my confidence, patient, fun , safe and friendly. This place has a great atmosphere, you will not leave disappointed!

Couples therapy!

My wife and I went here for our wedding anniversary. We got the "couples therapy package. The range safety officer assigned to us was fantastic. All the employees that we dealt with were great too. Neither of us had ever held a weapon before, but he explained everything so wonderfully, and even took my phone to get a good picture of us before leaving. This was so much fun and I look forward to doing this again in the future.

Omg omg furst time firing a fire arm. My gf tok me flr my birthday and it was incredible. Great instructor and tonnes of fun. Just make sure you blast ac/dc big guns on the way to get the best pump beforehand

First time at a shooting range and I'd have to say this was a 5 star experience, the staff were super friendly, helpful and entertaining. We went with the Walking Dead 2.0 package which had us shooting 5 different guns with the Mossberg MVP Sniper rifle being my favorite. I'm definitely going back. By the way they have a great deal coming up on June 24 with 5 guns for $50 and free BBQ to celebrate Canada Day weekend. Rob and the guys definitely get a perfect score from me, plus we got to take home as many she'll cases as we want as mementos.

We had a safe and fun time shooting at the range today. Thank you to John for helping us with a awesome experience. The other instructors where very nice as well they enjoyed our energy as we cheered on one another.
The front desk staff where nice and processed us quickly so we could be on time for our time slot. All around great time. Thank you Urban Tactical.

I was having some issues with cartridges not properly ejecting from a new 357 lever action rifle I bought elsewhere but brought it in here since the store was local. Kyle was extremely helpful - took a look at my gun and had me try a different brand of ammunition which fixed the problem. Great staff & great service. Thank you Kyle!
