It was my first experience with this store. A technician that was going to install the blinds I would buy recommended it. I was super impressed with the service. The consultant was super knowledgable and professional, and gave me many advices and options, she helped me decide and stream down to a purchase that I liked and fit my budget. The store also offers measurement and installation services.
I bought the measurement service and the specialist was also very nice and worked fast.
Thought out the process I received text messages and emails notifying me of the status of my order, and when I called twice to enquire, I found the agents that answered the phone were quick and knew my file.

I am very happy with the product (and the service!), the roller blinds look very nice at my new home!

Alex was great at assisting us in choosing a product that was within our price range. Measurement taking and installation went swiftly. All wrapped up within 2 weeks of setting foot in the store!

Everything went great, the installer was competent and professional. Please note that the store gave him the wrong dimension for one of the roller covers, and he said he would come back eventually with the right cover. Do I need to call the store to set up this extra step ?

These people are really professional and explain everything very well. They are specialists in blinds unlike Home Depot who specializes in nothing, but sell everything.

This is a great place to buy shades. Seven years ago we bought 2 Shades for 2 windowd in our appartement. Since than, the shades did exactly what they meant to do. Few years ago we changed the window and while doing is we broke the shades. I went to the store to fix it and the service was fast and FREE. Last week it happend again. It was fast and free again. What a service. According to the guy there, soon they will have curtains too. I will always go back there when in need for shades or curtains. Amazing!!!
