Good selection of items, not terribly overpriced either.

Great market or convenience store supporting the many tourist visitors to Niagara Falls Ontario. Everything one might need from snacks to cigarettes. A wide selection of fun souvenirs. Prices are much better than markets or machines in nearby hotels.

Kind and respectful people.

Pack of 24 500ml water bottles is $79.99+tax. I asked again how much it was and the girl at the counter looked at me like I was insane and pointed me to the cash register screen and she was right. I walked ~200 meters and I got the same for $16.

Purchased a sweatshirt $69.99 and when I removed the size sticker part of the leaf design ripped of. When I took it back she said that they don't give refunds, if the quality of the product is so cheap, they should give back your money. She didn't care, Do not shop here. They know that are selling things not worth what you are paying, that's why there isn't a refund. She is selling her stuff twice as much. Go to the next street over

The staff is incredibly rude. Only go here if you want to be disrespected by some Indian working in front-line retail. Not buying here for sure.

One star is too generous for this place, woman checked on me around three times when I was trying to choose my crisps and juice. She thought I was going to make myself a thief for a few dollars if I knew there was another shop near I would have walked out.

I went to buy lottery there ,there were no Cashiers available at the counter. I was searching for a cashier to help me the lady asked me to go the counter. She behaved like she doesn't want customers to be there. Then they don't take credit cards, we have to pay by cash. This incident took place on Friday October 22nd around 10:15 P.M. I would avoid going to this convenient stores by all means. They need to learn about how to treat customers.

My son picked a toy and broke after 5 min. When we asked for the money back, they said no. Apparently, putting up a sign with "no refunds, exchange only" gives you the right to treat people like garbage. We should've pick the same toy over and over until they were all broken. Never going back.

Bad service. The only one convenient store in Niagara Fall tourist area. No choice. Will not go again even this is the only one.

Very bad Indian owners, no customer service! Don’t recommend to buy anything here, especially lotteries.They do random marks on your tickets… no respect at all!

Rude staff. Not willing to help at all. Very disappointing service. Whenever you ask for something, it’s like you’re bothering the staff
