Went on a sunday right before closing, the staff were so friendly and helpful! I had a brain fart and couldn't remember which dog food we usually get so they offered to look it up, which is when they noticed I usually shop at a different store. They then proceeded to call the other location to enquire about our usual dog food. All the while they were making faces at my baby and making him laugh. Not to mention some of the ladies were very francophone and didn't even hesitate to speak to me in the language of my chosing. They all just went above and beyond, then even walked me out with the food to my car. Just wow!

There’s a large variety of products, always have what I’m looking for. Staff knowledgeable and friendly.

Service is amazing, not only at this location but all the other Global Pet Foods. The owners know what they are doing. Very healthy meals for the animals 100% recommended.

I stumbled across this place when looking online for a robust dog toy. They carry Tuffy brand which is double stitched and uses heavy duty fabric. I'm hoping the toy will last a couple of weeks.

Well-maintained and clean. The store itself is well stocked with premium brands like Acana and Origin. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our go-to pet supply place. Also love the rewards program

Great place. Been going for years. They are very helpful. I find it a bit expensive for cat food. Never buy there. But I buy my 🦜 parrot food there. They have more selection for my bird food now.

This store is the cleanest pet shop I've seen in the area. Even the shelves are kept clean and tidy. Friendly service and advise from knowledgable personal working there. As for the product line up is very good. Variety of anything you need and all merchandise is also clean and tidy. Hats off to this store and the personal working there. Your store stands out. ✔

I love this place they seem to have everything you need for your pets i bought a harness for one if my dogs they helped me try it on my dog gave him treats very very helpful and informative😊

Huge variety of pet toys, food of all sorts name brands, and the place is very clean and the the crew running the place are ultra helpful, and an added plus their are groomers in the back of the store called Wags and Whiskers.

Great selection of high-end, well chosen pet products curated by a team who prioritizes animal health and wellbeing. No garbage food here! The staff is friendly and helpful.

We got our first puppy a while ago the staff was so kind. They are always super eager to help with any problem. The have good varieties of food. They also have a great place to was you dog.

Very helpful to find a happy food solution for an old dog with few teeth. Always found the staff to be pleasant and supportive.
My old pooch peed in the store one time. Staff reacted immediately with a hilarious intercom broadcast of “yellow alert!, yellow alert. Main aisle” and everybody came running with mops. Made my day.
