We're fairly new to to Guelph and I have bought three pairs of shoes already . They have a huge inventory and the owner provides exceptional service and has extensive knowledge and experience. Certainly worth a trip to check it out!!

In this place you will find the best and most comfortable style for your feet. You will find different footwear options. Formal, casual, training, winter boot.

My favourite shoe store in the area. The owners are so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I pulled up just at closing the other day urgently in need of some dress shoes for an unexpected business trip. They patiently took me through the options and got me the perfect pair (at a great price!). Highly recommended.

We started buying shoes here two years ago. We keep coming back after looking around at other stores in town. We always wind up buying shoes for the whole family here. We really should save ourselves time and come here first. Excellent service. Fair prices, maybe even slightly better prices than other stores. 10/10

I highly recommend this store, especially if you have specific needs in terms of shoes. The owner really knows shoes and feet. Found a perfect pair for my teen trying on only 2 pairs (vs 50 or so last year!) . Without the frustration and angst we typically go through. Will definitely return.

Three things make this place one of the best shoe stores I have ever been to:
1. The owner is on the floor and knows the stock very, very well. If you want information and an excellent fit to your foot's unique needs you will find it here. They will give you honest assessments of whether a shoe will work for you.
2. High quality stock in a variety of styles. Emphasis on wearable shoes. Most comfort line name brands.
3. A lower price on recognizable name brands across the board than you will find anywhere else in the city. I checked.

So helpful for myself (under 30) my mom (60s) and grandpa (90s) to find a variety of shoes for all of us! I have narrow feet and my mom has wide and the associate was very knowledgeable. I have never had more comfortable shoes, and they are still cute! Highly recommend

I've purchased 4 different shoes over the past 3 years from LA Shoe and have always been greeted promptly and in a friendly fashion. Good selection and decent prices. If you have questions about shoes, the owner will have the answer.

The best shoe store in the area. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. He takes the time to fit the right shoe for you. Our whole family has been very happy with all the shoes he has suggested. As someone who has one hard to fit foot and a knee replacement, I value the advice he has given me over the years and the great quality shoes!

The owner of this store has more than 30 years in the shoe business. He has an inventory of approximately 30,000 shoes. He has serviced many people who have foot issues, knows brand names and how their shoes have changed over the years. Orders an inventory of shoes months in advance for customers with foot related issues who keep coming back because of the knowledge he has and what he sells and advises that works. He does provide a lot of personal attention for your needs. This is the only shoe store I now go back to after being tired of walking into shoe stores and being served by staff who don't have a clue what to recommend because they have little or no experience dealing with individuals (often the elderly), who have foot related problems. You are sold cheap poor quality shoes on a whim just to make a sale. Not to mention the limited amount of inventory you have to select from. Try not to be misled by a minority of disgruntled reviews. Even if they are intertwined with a lengthy docia list of educational and experience accomplishments.

Amazing selection! Very impressed with the quantity of brands and all shoe styles all of very good quality! Excellent service! Very attentive and very helpful! Went in because of an amazing referral and I totally agree! Don't even bother trying to go anywhere else!!!

I believe LA Shoe in Guelph is an excellent store. The owner is at ease and knows his product. He gives his honest opinion about the different product that you would try on.

A really pleasant quiet atmosphere to browse in for new shoes. Also a very nice man to help you find what you want.

The owner was super helpful and helped me find a very comfortable walking shoe. This is not easy to find as I have a number of feet issues. I will be returning for more shoes👣
