I normally wear a size 9W in footwear so I ordered online a pair of Boulet cowboy boots in this size from this store. Unfortunately, they were too big. I then ordered another pair is size 8.5W. They were also too big so when a pair of size 8W became available in the same boot, I pounced on them. :-) I treated them with mink oil and i broke them in and I love them! I returned the first two pairs in new condition and Pleasant Ridge Saddlery promptly refunded these orders. All three pairs arrived very quickly as well, and in new condition. I appreciated their patience and i wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again, this time, for another pair of boots in brown.

Their prices are always the best, and they go above and beyond for their customers. Shipping is quick and their stock is fantastic. Highly highly recommend!

Great selection and super staff. My granddaughter and I make an annual trip to stock up for horse camp. More than a shopping experience for ever memories.

The best customer service from sales associate Jocelyn! Ordered a pair a Boulet boots, called to question sizing on the pair I ordered. Jocelyn went above and beyond for me! She literally tried on 6-7 pairs measured her foot was super patient and when I received the boots today .. perfect sizing! I would have never ordered the size 7, all the reviews said to size down by a half size but I sized down 1.5 sizes based on her judgement! I would have had to pay shipping to return, saved me time and a huge expense! Thank you so much!! Amazing sales associate!

I needed to attend that required a western attire, after some research I found pleasant ridge and headed in to find a huge store with an amazing selection however it looked overwhelming to find things on my own. Jocelyn offered to help and I was out of the store with boots, cowboy hat and denims within 30 mins and they all looked amazing and exactly what I wanted. Jocelyn was patient , resourceful , very knowledgeable and she could pick what I needed with the right size , style and fit perfectly. I recommend pleasant ridge for the amazing experience I had.

Pleasant Ridge Tack Shop not only has an amazing selection but as a new horse mom with tons of questions, the staff were amazing! Going to the huge tent sale for the 1st time was a little overwhelming, but I ended up being helped by an amazing man named Gerry, who turned out to be the owner! Answered all my silly questions repeatedly, then set me up with the correct rainsheet, 160 & and 300mg, that were on sale after he noticed I had the wrong ones in my cart! Huge savings $$$. Great store filled with great staff! Also, thanks for letting me know about the upcoming Ram Rodeo in Ancaster, 350+ horses. I bought my tickets as soon as I got home!! Pleasant Ridge Tack Shop is a 1 stop shop for everything! 😊❤

I used to go to the old location and the current location all the time when I lived in Ontario, since moving to BC I’ve Made several online and over the phone orders and each time I’ve dealt with them it’s always GREAT customer service very friendly, deals are always amazing! And shipping is FAST under a week to receive my packages from them!
