I love going here! The service is always impeccable, and the selection is great. The only problem is trying not to leave with extra treats or toys for my cats and dog.

We have been coming to this location for 1.5 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else.. the staff are unbelievably knowledgeable and the owner is one of the most compassionate people to speak with. He has trained his staff to equally treat his patrons the same. We will forever recommend this place. Our little fur babies appreciate the care and compassion shown and we never second guess anything they recommend to us and trust them completely.

I used to live out of town and I would drive 40 minutes to receive the support this store and the staff offer. Luckily I live closer now.

Excellent variety of pet foods and accessories. The staff are also knowledgeable regarding proper diet for your pet, besides being friendly and efficient. Best pet store in the area! Highly recommended! (I moved to Cambridge a year ago, but make the 20 minute drive to purchase from this particular store because of the range of goods and efficient service)!

I have been a loyal customer here for over ten years and this is the best pet store in Guelph for many reasons. It is very well stocked with excellent quality and variety of pet foods, plus any needed supplies. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They 'stand behind' their products and If it doesn't suit your pet, they will work to correct this. Dan and his team are an invaluable resource for finding solutions to pet diet and health issues. I have two dogs (cockapoo and a labradoodle) and I have had wonderful success with their health and well-being because of Dan and his team. Thank you for caring for our pets!

The staff at this location are so helpful and knowledgeable! They have provided great recommendations on many occasions for both my cat and my dog. They carry high quality foods and are passionate about their brands. I always feel reassured and well informed with every purchase!

I only go to this pet store. They have the best selection of quality foods that you would actually be willing to feed your pet, a great selection of handy pet tools, and, most importantly, their staff is absolutely delightful. They always offer to help right away and are sincere about it. Even when they offer to help carry heavy things to your car, they are not scowling or hiding an eye roll; they are sincerely just that nice of people.

The staff in the Wellington Street store are so knowledgeable and helpful, and have gone out of their way to help me find food my dog could tolerate. I'm still trying to diagnose what exactly is causing his sensitivities, but I am SO impressed with their dedication to this quest, their guaranteed satisfaction, etc, I highly recommend them to anyone who cares about getting the best nutrition for their pets. Always have been kind and helpful, especially during this pandemic, I am disabled and my car broke down in March too much $$ to repair. They have gone out of their way to help our kitties. Wonderful staff and owner. Very caring.

The Staff here are always so friendly and helpful. They always have what I need, and have never had an issue with them being out of stock of anything. The reward program is great too, since most places do not offer rewards. Doggo Approved :)

I can't say enough great things about this place. Every staff member I've ever spoken to are so knowledgeable and helpful. I drive across town passing numerous pet stores to purchase from them.
They have helped me deal with a few problems I was having with a couple of my pets that even my vet couldn't help with. So happy to have found them!
