The employees here are always super helpful and polite. Some time last year, I got jerked around trying to find a headphone stand locally (with best buy telling me NO WHERE IN THE CITY WOULD SELL THEM?) and I had a young man run all over the store for me trying to find the ones they had for me. Yesterday, I was returning something I bought from Amazon, and the young lady helping me was so kind and polite. I don't come to Staples often, but every time I come to this location it's a great experience with helpful staff

Purchase of paper and other misc. Items went well. I did observe an interaction in the printing area where one staff member was getting agitated with a senior who clearly needed a little bit more help than what the signs were providing. I would have stepped in but I saw someone else come assist with her printing needs.

The other staff who helped me were kind and easy.

Unreal service trying to find a computer chair. Scott went above and beyond. This is customer service at its best folks. 👏

This is a bit late but here goes. I had some frustration with staples this year in making my yearly calendar there. Had to go back almost every day for a week to get payment processed. Then one day Jas ( I hope that's her name) from the print center helped me and it went quick as a whistle. Also got my calendar in record time.

Francesca provided great customer service and was very helpful when I came in to scan and print documents. She was very kind, polite, patiently answered any questions I had, and ensured that my experience was as seamless as possible. I will be returning to this staples again!

Always a great experience. An employee helped me find the daily planner I was looking for! They've always got printer ink when I need it. I've also purchased my cell phone and tablet here in the past.

Staples is my place for office supplies..
I always get my Epson ink cartridges here .
Unfortunately,the night I went to the staples on ellice to get an ink cartridge..I received one with the wrong product inside the box..
I went in for cyan..inside the box was a used yellow..it seems someone carefully open the box and replaced the good with an empty cartridge..then resealed the box..
I haven't been able to go back to ellice to do a return.
I went to Regent staples the next day as it's more convenient to my location. Explained what happened the night before.. purchased a new cyan and had the clerk open it to verify it was the right product..
An unfortunate incident.. everyone got duped in this..

Came in very confused about laptop specs and left with more knowledge than I needed. Owen, The tech specialist who helped me, went above and beyond to help me find a good laptop and explained every detail along the way. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly!

Very helpful and friendly service. I take my I pad and they print what ever I need. I do not have a printer 🖨 at home. Photocopy, faxing supplies 10 out of 10. Have been going to this Staples for 20 plus years. NEVER have had bad service 👍🇨🇦😊

I like to get photocopies here. It's fast and easy. And for other stuff I would need for the office, this is the best place.

I need to print a document, but i forgot my flashdrive, need to use the PC but someone was using it, A Sales Associate showed me how to do it using your phone. AMAZING! It's been years since I printed at staples, this is very convenient.
