Online pick up is great - rarely a substitution. Staff are always friendly. Viva packed our order today and was great!

One of the finest places to do all the shopping for right from groceries to everything else from a variety of different brands. The best part about Walmart is the quality that they give and their trademark low prices which are truly unbeatable. The staff is also friendly and helping and the store is well maintained and clean.

A large Walmart with the one entrance being renovated so only one entrance is opened presently. This is a busy a shopping area with a large Real Canadian Superstore close by and many other stores nearby. Regent Street can be backed up during rush hours etc. well stocked busy Walmart.

This place is what a complete store should look like. It has a wide range of products from household items to beauty products to fashion items to toys to some gadgets to groceries, vegetables etc. and the prices are actually good inspire if the current inflation. However I won’t bet my money on their veggies.. All the same they deserve a 5 star.

I had an excellent experience in the Walmart electronics/photo department last week Thursday I asked for help with downloading my photos and going through the steps to get them printed. The staff person was very polite, respectful and helpful. When I brought my receipt to the desk to have the photos actually developed, I was pleasantly surprised to have another staff person tell me that he didn't have any orders at the moment so would be able to fill my order immediately. I was thoroughly impressed and grateful for the excellent and friendly service.

They have done a great job renewing the store. It looks bright, organized and inviting. 👏🏼👏🏼

There is a cashier name Arman . He was super helpful with the checkout. I was tight on budget of 100 but bought groceries of 150 . He calculated all the prices and voided some item than made it 98.97 for me with his excellent calculation skill and patience.

A Christmas Miracle!

I went to buy a fake Christmas tree, but wasnt super excited about the options. As i browsed the store, i saw a display tree that was perfect! I joked with the nearest employee if it was possible to buy that display and to my pleasant surprise, Kanchan (my christmas angel) made a couple of phone calls, and sure enough about 5 min later, Kanchan started packing up the display for me!! Unbelieveable service! She was so friendly and patient. Im so thankful for Kanchan; she represented Wal-Mart so well, and i will be going here for anything i can! Merry Christmas !

Big shoutout to young woman in produce on Wednesday Nov 29/23 extremely helpful in showing us where hard to find ( anywhere) veggies were located. We live out of town and usually end up going home without some items on our list.

It was not to bad, could have been better.

I was at the store tonight .I think her name was Ravneet. She was a very good worker. She had a big smile and help me find the spray paint I need it behind the locked cabinet. She was smiling a lot to me and making big eyes . I think she like me, but I am married man. She is very good worker you should make her the manager of the store.

I really want to give a big thank you to the guys in the electronics department! Not only were they speedy at helping a ton of customers they did so in a smooth and courteous fashion. Good job guys during this busy time of year!

I went to Walmart on Regent to pick up some dog food that I had ordered online but I had messed up and not done it properly online. A clerk by the name of Corey assisted me near the online section of the store. He was the best grocery clerk I have ever encountered in my life. He was accommodating and friendly and helped me out by getting my dog food from the shelf and helping me check out. Thank you Corey.

Best place for bakery especially bread quality is so good

I have not been to a Walmart in probably four years and I needed a new DVD player and I made a list of other odds and ends that I could use around my home.
I arrived at 7 AM had excellent help in the electronics department got my DVD and everywhere else I went in the store looking for my items all the staff was friendly and bent over backwards to help me.
I am beyond impressed I think this is the best customer service experience I’ve ever had thank you Regent St., Walmart and keep up the great work.

I have been using the app to order groceries and curbside pickup. I have been very happy with the whole process. I'm fussy when it comes to vegetables and fruit and they have done a great job picking fresh items. With the app you choose a pickup slot and place your order and then you have time to change or update until the cutoff which they clearly identify. Use the app to tell them you are coming, once you get there the app gives you the option to tell them what pickup spot you are in and they load your car. It's busy now and despite the pickup area slightly over full on the last visit we didn't wait long.

The staff in the cell phone area were extremely helpful and friendly. They got us set up with phone service for during our stay in Canada and checked our phones beforehand to make sure they were not locked. It was so helpful that they allowed us to park overnight in their parking lot because then we were able to get our phone cards with them next day.

I was at your store today and was having trouble finding a product and I asked a lady named Larissa if she could help me and she was very helpful and pleasant. She walked me right to where it was instead of just pointing to it. It's nice to have someone take a genuine interest in your needs.
