The little boy working as cash was very friendly he greeting me in a very friendly manner he even got out of the back of the counter to guide me to the item I was looking for, he even helped me out with my change. since I have difficulty seeing he counted it and even returned me the perfect amount. he was even kind enough to carry the items to the car and start the car for me. quite frankly he even drove me home. thank you, you lovely little boy. If I can recall correctly his name was Hadi. May god bless your soul.

This is best place ever in Niagara region to buy cigarette !!! they offer lowest price for that in the region(I CAN GUARANTEE YOU) Also, they are really nice and so kind enough. The convenient looks so clean as well :) I will definitely recommend visiting here to friends and family.

The owners are super nice and friendly. I stop here most mornings on my way to work. They always remember my order and ring it up before I have to say anything. They are genuine, nice people. Those poking at their english ability, shame on you! Its a nice and tidy family run store. I would reccommend anyone to stopand shop here. 😊

Just stopped by to ask directions. The cashier was nice and friendly. This guy even stepped out of the store to point out the direction and to make sure I understood. Thank you!

I recently moved to Niagara from Toronto I often walked past this convenience store but never went inside so Sept 30 I decided to go inside to purchase a few items 25 dollars is what I purchased I would have purchased more if your employee were a little more professional ….there was this East Indian lady working there the whole time she was serving me she was chatting on her phone I had to ask her twice for the price of a few items I were interested in purchasing then she hands me a debit machine with numbers well the PIN I have I remembered in in a letter format.I tried to explain that to her and she ignored me and asked me if I had enough money to pay for my purchase . I have never felt more insulted.Needless to say that was my first and last visit there .I think you need to teach your employees the value of first impressions because this lady most definitely gave a horrible first impression of your business..I won’t visit again and neither will many of my friends that often visit me from both Canada and the United States .

I used to have five stars for this place but since the new owners took over this place has gone down hill not only are they extremely rude but I simply asked if she could charge me an extra 12 dollars so I could get 12 dollars in change.The woman wanted to charge me an extra 6 dollars to take out twelve so I said fine used the atm and asked for change for a 20 and she instantly said oh I dont have change and was very rude about it. This used to be my favorite place to go but now I dont ever want to come back.
