Tops Friendly Markets

Love tops! Even though it's only choice on island, I would still go there if it weren't! I also love the bills and sabres section

As an employee, I love the deals and savings I can get at tops, as well as the convenience of having one nearby! Great produce and always fresh!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this Tops location! Truly a very lovely location. The entire place is very clean and the staff is quite great! They're a perfect example of what the youth of today is capable of. They are all very warm, welcoming and you can tell they all truly appreciate the opportunities they were given by recieving the jobs they now hold. I found that they not only are always hard at work to keep the place running but also satisfy the customers needs. I had a very satisfying experience with one worker in particular at the service desk who helped me when I needed to exchange some items, I believe her name was Tessa.
Overall a great experience, cant recommend this location enough.

I love this location. It's very clean, smaller store, yet has everything you need. Well managed, friendly staff. To get the most from Tops you must get their bonus card to get the best deals and discounts on you gasoline. Open 24 hours. The pharmacy is great.

Loved the store! This was my first time in a Tops and it was amazing. Full grocery store with brands I recognized and stocked shelves. Large bakery and deli sections and on top of that that they even had a cafe type seating area for eating in case you came for prepared foods. The staff was friendly and helpful and got me set up with a card so that I could take advantage of the club prices. The store was well lit and organized. The bathrooms had changing tables at the entrance to both the men's and women's bathrooms as well as extra toilet paper and diapers. I very much intend on making regular shopping trips to Tops going forward.

Dimly lit at night but over all clean and a nice store. The Pharmacist was extremely helpful during my daughter's recovery time. He was so helpful with dealing with the Dr.s as well as the Insurance Company to see that her prescriptions were always available as to keep her comfortable as much as possible from the pain from her surgeries. He explained each prescription and what it was for and made sure to note and make us aware of any complications that could arise. He was so kind that he even appologized for the Dr.s office and insurance company for their miscommunication with one another under such a life altering experience. Thank you and he is a great asset to your company.

I was born and raised in Florida on Publix, worked there for 14 years, and love the experience even now. Tops is pretty good in comparison, to me. The staff are friendly and the selection is pretty broad at this store. All in all a good shopping experience.

I am sharing this review based purely on the service of one employee. Now I personally don’t prefer to shop on the island, but in a crunch I was given no other choice. Upon my arrival and departure I was faced with the unfortunate circumstance of discovering my cookies had already been opened before my purchase. In a desperate attempt to trade for a new box, I had to venture to customer service. Here I stood for what felt like hours. Surviving only on my instincts and on sale Halloween Candy, I was pushed and jostled. Finally I made my way to the counter, where I saw a light in the darkness. Tessa, smiled at me and I knew my day would be ok. She gave me the service I could only dream of. Thank you Tessa.

Love shopping here. Nice clean store with a wide variety of brand name products as well as good quality store brand products.

I love all the people claiming high prices. I picked 15 items I buy regularly and priced them at Tops and also at Wegmans. Some items were cheaper at Wegmans, but some were higher. The entire bill was cheaper at Tops though. And it is a lot easier to find stuff than at Wegmans. I shopped at Wegmans once when I first moved to NY many years ago. Never again.

Great store, friendly staff, great produce. Meat special was outstanding. Best chuck roast we have enjoyed in a very long time. Better than 5 star quality.

It's the only major grocery store on Grand Island. If you live here, this is the closest place to purchase groceries without crossing a bridge and paying tolls. For some people, they dislike this fact. In my opinion, it's far better than nothing.

I was here a few times over the long weekend and did not find anything wrong that other users are complaining about. Store is decent size - can't call it small. Staff is good and friendly.

Tops is a fine market. Nice people. Not a fan of self checkout since it never has room for all your stuff and a cart. I want to redesign it.

Ever since I moved out of state every chance I get to stop at tops is definitely the best supermarket around and I've been all over this country now and nothing beats it best products just a great selection especially Italian

Big variety of international food.

I just moved from Texas in November to Grand Island Ny and this store has been the only friendly place I have been into since coming to NY. I love them all they have been so helpful.

Always fresh vegetables, fresh meat, super supply of varied goods and great sales and I love how my purchases and use of coupons goes towards cents of gas for my car.

Everything is neat and orderly, well marked ,priced. Good sales here n there, and the cashier very friendly and happy.

Nice place, feat selection. Friendly workers. We were able to get everything we needed for camping a few days, food wise.
