Best shop hands down. The staff is absolutely amazing, super friendly, helpful and welcoming. Never rushed just willing to give you the best experience. Huge selection of the highest quality products. Super official. Dope atmosphere. (no pun intended) This whole place is a vibe. Constantly expanding to offer a superior experience. Wouldn't go anywhere else, no need to honestly. Would recommend a million times over.

My new favorite dispensary! Owners are super cool! They have discount ounces of flower (depends on what is available; have gotten one for $50, $45, $60...) huge variety of flower, vapes, bongs, pipes. They are building a lounge upstairs where customers can consume infused drinks as well as smoke product. Beautiful store with great prices and employees!!!!

Best dispensary in the 716.... First off all this place is spotless, not a spec of dirt or dust anywhere. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety a flower concentrates and edibles all high-quality products. Upstairs is a lounge that you can actually take your purchase upstairs and have a friendly session. There is also a hot food machine that serves all kinds of different snacks as well as White castles. Make sure you sign up for the VIP club which will give you money back in an account that you could use for future purchases. On top of that over there the music that they play is phenomenal

One of the best Rez shops. The vibe is very much a bright, open, modern dispensary. The staff is friendly, are interested in talking about their products, will let you smell the jars without making you feel like you’re hassling them.

Nice touches that I don’t need, but appreciate: they use tongs so there are no bare fingers (staff or customer) touching the product, their custom baggies are fun looking (but not as fun to open…childproofing perhaps?), and they have a drive thru window as well.

There’s nice flower from Michigan growers I don’t see everywhere, and a wide range of pricing & quality is offered. Can’t speak to the quality vapes/edibles/concentrates, but there is a large selection.

Planet X is the cleanest and most welcoming dispensary I’ve ever stepped foot in, all of the guys that work there are absolutely incredible. Weather it’s a busy Friday night or a slow Sunday morning I’m always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. I especially want to shout out to Josh, for his expertise and honesty every time. The whole place in general is amazing good prices friendly workers even front staff! They are all awesome. But in particular this one guy tober let me tell you! Knew exactly what he was talking about. Knew exactly what I was looking for after giving him some ideas! All around an amazing experience!!

Hands down the best place for selection, price, service, knowledge, and fun. It's like an adult Candy store. This place doesn't need a novel written about how good they are.

This is by far the best dispensary. They have an amazing selection ranging from top end name brand products as well as less expensive options. The bud tenders are very knowledgeable, and can help you choose what is best for you.

Great place awesome workers and found some great deals definitely going back

Had to grab some last minute Christmas presents super early this morning, noticed that their hours were listed as 24/7, so I looked at the online menu (which is pretty impressive, plus they have a great selection of products from local brands I've tried/been wanting to try) and decided to take the ride out about 40 mins fully expecting them to be closed, but to my surprise the drive-through was open!!! All of the items I wanted were in stock, and the employee at the window was awesome, super friendly and helpful with everything I needed. I got signed up for their rewards program which is definitely going to keep me coming back. All in all a great first experience and I can't wait to come back and check out the inside of the store.

I love all the people that work at PlanetX! Especially, Anthony, he took the time to leave the workplace to do my delivery! I am so blessed and grateful! I thank you with my true heart and soul!

This smoke shop has to be one of my favorites in Niagara county everyone is also so helpful and friendly they have a wide and fabulous selection definitely worth the trip and you will love it too

They have come along was since opening. There selection and quality are all above average. They have selections from local growers which usually are better than the Cali stuff. If you're from Buffalo area it's closer than going to the rez's in the Southtowns, just saying.
