I promised Josee to write a review because of her wonderful service. Very quickly she helped me with my selection of curtains today. She went up and down a ladder without huffing and puffing like other ppl would do normally. She genuinely was ready to find my stock, and helped tremendously. Because of her service I end up buying for 450$ worth of curtains for my entire home. Great and superb service Josee! Thank you 😊

Took a little longer than expected at the cash as there were employees in training but they were very polite and appoligetic. Maria on the floor was also very kind and willing to explain the features that came with the espresso machine I was purchasing even if the store was very busy.

Je suis passée deux fois cette semaine au Linen & Chest de Boisbriand, mardi vers 17h et jeudi vers 14h. Les deux fois, j’ai été très bien accueillie et conseillée. Un gros merci à Josée le mardi et à Nadine le jeudi, j’ai reçu un service à la clientèle impeccable.

J'ai eu la chance d'être servie par Lianne. Elle est ultra compétente, connait bien ses produits et prodigue d'excellents conseils. Les rabais étaient avantageux et la livraison rapide et gratuite !

Super personnel. Toujours disponible malgré, je crois, qu'ils roulent à personnel réduit. J'adore le service en magasin. Le service à la clientèle est très indésirable! J'attends encore un retour depuis près d'un mois pour des produits qui me sont chargés mais qui n'ont pas été livré.
