Great shop in North Vancouver ! From what I know they were one of the first shops in North Vancouver. They know the vape industry and product knowledge is impeccable! Visit them for the lastest Vape supplies. I purchased Springtime from them, they have soooo many flavors to choose from!

What a great place. I got all the help to start and quit smoking. They told me not to get big and expensive device . Got SP2 and been smoke free for almost 2 weeks. Great experience and customer service

The manager of this store is the friendliest man in North Van, always giving discounts and has 2 beautiful dogs, I go here for smoking paraphernalia and the deals / customer service when the boss is working is outstanding!

I love this place. The owner, Carmen, is a sweet lady and her two huskies are always there. It's our neighborhood staple vape shop. They have a really good selection of stock; juices and devices. They aren't the only choice in North Van, but they're my first pick.

Zehnya went above and beyond helping me figure out why I was having a connection issue with a battery n mod. He was patient and so nice. Huge shout out to him

The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and kind...their Greeter IS THE BEST (better than even Walmart! 😉). Great energy from the owner also. I make it a point to buy my vapes (I use disposables) from this shop. 👍👍😊

Very friendly staff. Quite a large selection of product to choose from. This has been my location of choice for quite some time now, and I haven't even been interested in going anywhere else. Will continue to go here for as long as I am able.

Went in this week and got outstanding help from Will. He went above and beyond to help me replace my faulty vape that I bought earlier. He knew the products extremely well and helped me find the perfect replacement. Awesome guy

Staff are very nice and informative, well versed with their products and make great suggestions if you are unsure what you would like. They move through stock fast but keep up with supply just as fast so they almost always will have what you want or need. You can find places that are slightly cheaper but overall for the positive vibe and helpful can-do attitude it's worth the extra couple dollars per bottle.

I've been going to Vapor Line for about 5 months now and have recommended it to all of my friends. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Specifically Chris, who I have come to with many questions and a few small issues I've had and he's fixed them right up within minutes!

I bought a W01 (Juul like kit) and had it for less than a month and I pull the USB charge off after charging and the battery/internal housing came out.

I tried to push it back and use it but it would hit at all. I went back and chatted with the one of the workers and he asked the owner if we are able to replace it and they did free of charge with no hassle!

Very happy with the customer service and been going back for a while now!

Best vaping store I've ever been to. Bought an Alien Mod there. In two days found a problem with the battery lid, brought it back, they exchanged it without any problems.
