We purchased new living room furniture and a bedroom set. Original Home Furniture's carries high quality product lines that are built to last and their prices are unbeatable. I went to Original Home Furniture because they carry DecorRest and my DecorRest sofa and chairs have lasted well over 25 years. I used OHF's in-home design service and Krista and Veronika were wonderful. Their design advice really helped me navigate the huge range of furniture and fabrics the store has. We received our living room set ahead of the expected delivery date. Scheduling to delivery was seamless; a big shout out to Zeon and Dorion who moved it all in and removed our old furniture, they were so polite and professional. My living room looks wonderful!

This was our first visit to Original Home Furniture and from our first steps in the door to the delivery of our furniture the service was excellent. We love the new furniture and accessories that Gary assisted us in selecting. Gary’s knowledge of fabric and design enabled us to coordinate the furniture with our newly renovated family room. The delivery date exceeded our initial expectation and Zeon and Bailey were very efficient and respectful in the delivery and setup process. I did my due diligence but I also knew right away that I’d come back to Original Home Furniture to make my purchase. Loretta knows her products vey well but I was even more impressed by how quickly she “knew” me and what I was looking for. She presented me with several options without overwhelming me and then helped me make a decision that she knew I’d be happy with.
It’s important to me to shop local and buy Canadian whenever possible and I’m thrilled that I was able to do both with my new Decor-Rest sofa with Chaise. You can feel the quality just by sitting down. So thank you! And thank you too to the gentlemen who delivered my new sofa for their professionalism and care. Not only do I love it, but it’s Ellie approved as well!

We love our couch and the people who helped us get it in here! (Tight fit.) The shopping experience was relaxed and fun, with a lovely young woman helping us select the right size, fabric and design for each element. Today was delivery day, and Zeon, with the help of Dorion, went above and beyond in their determination to get the couch through our too-narrow doorways. They ended up removing a banister and door to get the job done, making sure they replaced everything when they finished. Throughout the task, they both displayed exemplary professionalism as they took care with our belongings and kept the communication polite and informative. Great job all around! I strongly recommend Original Home Furniture--we'll definitely be going back there again.

Bobby was our salesman and from start to finish and multiple trips into the store to make make sure our fabrics and colors were exactly what we wanted he was always patient and would give good honest feedback. We ordered Palliser furniture and although it was about 4 weeks longer than we were told it was well worth the extra time. The delivery guys were absolutely awesome. They removed their shoes and took good care to make sure they didn’t damage anything, hooked it all up and made sure it worked and was positioned appropriately. Not sure we will shop anywhere Wales for furniture. Well done!

We are very pleased with our Lazy Boy couches. It is not our first time dealing with Original Home furniture and would recommend them highly. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our experience with Zeon and Dorion who delivered and setup our couches was very good they were knowledgeable and friendly. We can’t thank you enough. Will definitely shop there again when needed.

Just received my couch and I am so thrilled with everything right from the show room to the sales people to the delivery… top-notch. They have such a variety of very good quality furniture. I had no idea how nice the store was until I wandered in in December. I got the most comfortable lazy boy recliner sectional. Beautiful thick corduroy. Reminds me of the quality of couches from the 70s. It’s fabulous. I will definitely shop there again.🥰❤🥰.

Loretta……the best salesperson ever !!!!! We were warmly welcomed by her on our first visit to the store. She was so helpful showing us the various couches in the showroom. We selected the one that suited us best and she helped with selecting the beautiful fabric. We also looked at recliners and with her enthusiastic personality, informed us of all the amazing features. “SOLD”. We also purchased a picture frame and our son (a pilot) bought a replica airplane propeller for his hanger/man cave. In the future, when we need furniture or home decor, your store will be the first one we visit and will ask for our “favourite” salesperson…..Loretta.

We recently purchased two recliners and were thoroughly pleased with our experience from beginning to end. The sales lady worked with us to get exactly the right match to our existing furniture. And shout out to the delivery guys who were more than pleasant and very professional.

We purchased a beautiful Lazy Boy love seat and had it delivered to our trailer. They actually took the entire set apart in order to get it through our trailer door. We noticed the middle console wasn’t working the next day. They drove out, on the long weekend, to fix it. That is customer service!!!! I cannot stress enough how friendly and amicable everyone was…including the delivery team!!!

Highly recommend shopping here 1st. Quality furniture, Canadian made, Staff are helpful but not pushy. We shopped on Saturday and had our furniture delivered today! Krista K was our Interior Decorator and we are so thrilled with our purchases!

We bought a couple of rocker recliners and had them delivered yesterday, the staff are excellent from the time we bought until they were delivered. They gave us a full demonstration of how they work. We would definitely buy from this company again.

I have been using home furniture for many years. The service is great and so is the product. More importantly they stand behind their products. Some time ago one of my pieces was not wearing properly (the leather dye). I contacted them 10 months after my purchase and it was replaced without issue. I’m still using the same furniture. This is why I will continue to shop for my furniture here. Excellent all around.

Customer service was A+++. Our sales woman was extremely informative and knowledgeable. Positive, friendly and welcoming. The item we purchased came in quickly and the delivery team were so friendly, super respectful and went above and beyond. The entire experience was a 20/10. A+++. I just bought a La Z Boy Recliner at a great sale price.

It was a good experience all round. Loretta listened to my requirements then took me directly to several floor models, pointed out the ones to consider, and then we tested them all. No pressure at any time.

I have a recent back problem and wished to have delivery as soon as possible.

The chair was just delivered, and the crew was great. They, brought the char in, rearranged our living room to accommodate it, and then assembled it. They pointed out features and adjustments we wouldn't have been aware of made sure everything was right ad then left. All in about 45 minutes.

Just taken delivery of my decor rest living room set. Awesome help from start to finish and very friendly. Would recommend them highly. The delivery guys Zion and Nate were absolutely awesome. Set everything up and couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Thank you everyone.
