One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! The store has a great selection first of all, I had many pairs to chose from. Mya and Hailee knew so much about the shoes and helped give suggestions on what worked for me based on my job. This was extremely helpful considering I have never needed safety shoes before. I will definitely come back again when I need new shoes and will tell my friends to shop here in the future :)

This store is the ideal spot for all your work uniform and boot needs. They offer an extensive range of larger sizes, and their pricing is quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend this establishment as a preferable alternative to Mark's. The staff are exceptionally courteous, contributing to a thoroughly satisfying shopping experience.

went in to buy some boots , right away the store was very clean and the staff were welcoming ! i noticed that they have candy for the customers and even a toy bin for the kids :) the staff really knew what they were talking about and helped me find the perfect ones for me. it's a place i will come to go to as long as im in the market for some good , comfy work boots. the service from hailee , paige & mya were second to none ! will be back again in no time

This store is outstanding…there’s a reason I keep coming back here. I wanted some very hard to find boots…I was very particular on what I wanted…if I was spending $500.00 on work boots, well, I want what I want. Lol. I contacted the store, and spoke with the assistant Manager, Hailee , and she assured me she would find what I needed. Within 2 days, there they were…at the store. This young lady was a pleasure to work with…I hope she is appreciated for how great she is…I will definitely be back again, and will send everyone I know to the Guelph location. Hailee rocks!!!!!!!

oh my god , the customer service is so amazing here ! ill never shop at another safety store ! the staff was very knowledgeable about product information and little details on the product they sell. and as added bonus , they have stickers and candy for customers , free of charge ! what a nice surprise to end a great shopping experience. 10/10 recommend ! wish i could give 6 stars , will be going again for sure !

The ladies here were fantastic. Karissa new her stuff. My boyfriend came with a laundry list of stuff to buy and she knew everything right off the bat! Quick, efficient and very polite. I’d pick this store over the local ones in KW because of the service here!!

The girls at work authority are so great! Very cheerful, friendly and helpful. They are full of knowledge and can suggest the perfect shoe/boot for your work needs! I recommend buying your work apparel from here!

Excellent customer service. Wonderful shopping experience. I was able to purchase work boots, try them on and make the purchase in mere minutes! I was so thrilled they were open till 7 pm so I could get there after work. Convenient, easy to find location.

Very nice group of people to work with, even during Covid restrictions. Clean. Organized. My boots were in stock. Not my regular store, just noticed it while waiting for someone at the dentist nearby. Would definitely return though.

The people who work here know their stuff and I take their advice on everything related to the work boots I buy...have been coming here for more than 10 years
