Love shopping at this location. The store is always welcoming and the associates are always so happy and helpful. If you are a more regular shopper it's likely they will even remember your name. Such a wonderful personal touch you dont always get at a chain retail location.

I wasn’t having a great day and it’s not always fun to shop alone. And then I walked into this Ricki’s. Katrina was just who I needed to help make my day! The suggestions of clothes and positive body image comments were just what I needed to hear. Great suggestions and good sale prices along with great customer service is what you’ll get here. Katina and Amie are a dream team!!🩷 I am from Kitchener but it is define worth the drive to Guelph!! I’ll be back 😁

Katrina was superb. Her customer service is on another level. Staff like her are not easy to come by these days; I left the store feeling really good. She deserves a raise!

Today I went into the store to buy my daughter some professional wear for work. This was the most enjoyable shopping experience I have has in a long time. Trina was so amazing! She asked a few questions and then ran with things! She picked out many key pieces that can mix and match to maximize our purchases! She was fantastic. Thank you so much!

Purchased clothing online but unfortunately too big so I went to the Ricki’s location on Woodlawn in Guelph. Seriously fabulous customer service !! The store was very clean and displays were fabulous. The clothing is very nice. I ended up exchanging a pair of jeans for a better fitting size and a vest I wasn’t planning on getting but glad I did 👍(it will be scandalous paired with the jeans). The store manager, Katrina, was professional, extremely knowledgeable and so helpful. I was very impressed. Ladies, if you want nice clothes, good prices and great customer service….. this is where you need to go !

A big thank you to Katrina and Monika. I had tried several stores to exchange a top in a different size. They did not have it either but found one and arranged for me to pick it up. Appreciated their determination in helping me when I was ready to give up!

Always a great experience shopping at Cleo's! Wonderful clothes that actually fits a normal sized woman... Plus the staff is so efficient, helpful and nice. A very pleasurable experience! Thank you!

OK, but this year and the last few years the colour palette at both Ricki's and Cleo have been "flavourless", bland and boring....you need more pops of colour for SUMMER. I used to buy a lot at these two stores, but nothing has appealed to me in recent years including this one.

I'm always impressed by Monica and Katrina's excellent service at Cleo/Ricki's! They go above and beyond by consistently listening to their customers' needs and helping in any way they can.

Clothes aside, which are great, the customer service at this location was second to none. They were just next level accommodating and personable. Ten stars!

The staff at Ricki's/Cleo's in North Guelph were wonderful! They were welcoming (including allowing Miss Maizie in), friendly, informative, knowledgeable and listened to my needs. The selection was good and the prices in line with the quality. I highly recommend you check out this store.

Employees were friendly and helpful, went over and above from entering the store they were welcoming! Found and Brought me pieces that might work together! Everything was wonderful, always a positive experience at Cleo power Center in Guelph. Clothing was comfortable and fit perfectly! This was important as I plan to attend a wedding wearing this outfit ! Prices: sooo good, out of this world low and good quality, comfortable and soft fabric!

I love shopping at Ricki’s!! The manager and fashion consultants are wonderful! They helped me pick out a jacket that matched my dress for a wedding!!

Visited this location on Saturday to browse around for some blazers. Both Katrina and Ricki were amazing!! (yes, there is a Ricki working at Rickis - how perfect!) They helped me with everything I needed, provided great style advice for my pieces and were both friendly and funny. I will definitely go back to this location for the exceptional customer service.

Always friendly and helpful staff when I visit this location. Store manager (Katrina) engages her customers and offers useful information on sales and in-store options. Overall....a very positive experience with the most welcoming feeling. I'm 2 minutes away from Stone Road mall but I guess this is why I will always drive the distance to this store.
My cousin is visiting Canada for a few weeks and noted the difference between her experience in this store and a few others we visited.....let's just say "Welcoming, Friendly, Helpful" .....Kudos to Katrina and her Wonderful team. Keep up with the great customer service. Thank you.
