Shoppers Drug Mart

A pretty standard Shoppers. What set them apart was that they were open on Christmas Day! We were traveling and visiting family and realized we had forgotten some essentials. Every store we visited in the area was closed except for them.

Amber was so helpful and patient with my mom helping her learn how to apply lashes. She also colour matched her perfectly and so fast. Thank you Amber!

I bought somethings of cosmetic section, and I had good experince with Reema, she was so frindly and helpfull. 😊

Thank you Betty for giving me my Covid booster shot! Happy to have protection when people around me are still getting Covid. I enjoyed our conversation. See you for the next shot. The ladies in the cosmetic department are the best!!! I drive out from Burnaby to get advice and see their happy smiling faces!! Thank you for helping me always look my best while using healthier options. I can wear lip gloss again when I don't wear my mask.

I tried this store for the past few years n I always get the best service ever specially from Samar in beauty department that she knows how to treat clients with knowledge n professionalism. Keep up the good work n I highly recommend to deal with her.

I regularly get multiple prescriptions filled here (and have for the past 4 years). I have never had an issue. They always have my items in stock and have filled my prescription quickly for me in urgent situations.

The store itself mostly always has the items I need and I have never had an issue with staff being rude or unhelpful.

This 5 star review is for Krista in the Beauty department. She is one of the only workers at this place who are genuine and likes their job and it shows Always a friendly greetings, willing to help and just and overall light. Shoppers Drug Mart is lucky to have an employee like THIS. The Pharmacy crew could learn alot from her in how people should be treated. It is very disturbing what goes on in that Pharmacy Department.
I was denied my medication because no one wanted to check the fax. I had to go back to my doctor and get a second prescription as the Pharmacist told me No faxes from my doctor came in, which was a lie! When I came in the next day with new prescription he said that there was already one in there from yesterday, I said you told me nothing came in yesterday, he then lied and said it came in after hour, which it didn't because my doctor sent it at 330 with me on the phone as I needed my meds that day! I missed my dose cause He chose not to do his job! Shameful

Not sure why all the bad reviews, I've dealt with many pharmacys over the last 7 years. This one is one of the best. If you go to surrey you have to wait 24 hours before they will have time to fill your script! This one is quick. Betty, Chapman, and Jas really go above and beyond. Even in emergency situations they have acominated me which most pharmacies might not do. If you think this pharmacy is bad try one in surrey 😆

We had the pleasure of dealing with Tedra and she was amazing from start to finis, she helped us with perfume and cosmetics and we were blown away by her service!! This is by far our favourite shoppers drug Mart and we love to deal with Tedra!

Had a great customer service experience at this location. Reema was very polite and helpful in making perfume selection. With her knowledge based recommendations, I ended up buying more than I had in my mind.

I have been shopping from this shoppers for a long time. Great staff from the post office, cosmetics, and others. If you have Optimum card, you can collect so much points and save a lot.

Last Sunday, I stopped by around night time and wanted to buy men’s perfume. I met Ada. Not only she took her time to explain each product one by one but the level of enthusiasm would be only received at a high end shopping store. Thanks Ada.

I've shopped at this location quite a few times and I always have a great experience! The employees are always very friendly especially Savannah. She is very personable and helpful when it comes to any questions I may have. I highly recommend this location!

Everyone at this location, cashier and at pharmacy, was incredibly kind and helpful when I was in a sticky situation and a bit embarrassingly emotional. I am incredibly grateful to everyone who helped me!
