Special thanks to Vanessa from Cosmetics. So pleasant and extremely helpful. I was desperately looking for a Lacoste men’s perfume and all other locations had sold out. Vanessa went out of her way to look through all her stock and managed to find the very last one in the back office. Anything cosmetics, go and see Vanessa, she is amazing!

Jasmine in the beauty department is always so kind and helpful to my mom, Maryam, when she comes in. She helps her find all her products and even recommends new products she’s loved. Also gives her coupons.

This Shoppers is very conveniently located at Burke Mountain, minutes walk from my place. The Pharmacy team is very knowledgeable and always provides great insights, and an overall pleasurable experience.

A family member stopped-in to get a flu vaccine (no appointment necessary). The pharmacist was courteous, professional and very skilled with the syringe--thank-you for the care! This Shopper's Drug Mart lives up to the promises on the website. The interior of the store was bright and clean. Unfortunately, the front door was recently vandalised, but the entrance has been made safe with a temporary wooden door.

The reason I'm leaving a 5 star review is because Tyson, one of the reps went above and beyond to help me. I won't get in much details, but he spent at least an hour helping me with what I needed. It seems he cared more than I did in solving my issue. At the end of the day, I walked away with way more value than I paid for and the fact that when I said that it's not a big deal he still did not give up. Did not have that kind of experience in a while. Thanks Tyson, really appreciate your help.

I don't believe in the major corporations' sweepstakes. Wanted to give personal appreciation to Lily in Cosmetics working at the Burke Mountain Store. Customer service is what makes the world go 'round. She reminded me so much of my Filipino manager at work with a bright light in the back of her eye.

I love getting my cosmetics here because Lily is the sweetest staff member around. She goes above and beyond to help you and is such a ray of sunshine. All of the staff in the beauty department are fantastic

Well managed local operation with great deals and selection back by national and international retail network. Online apps offer fast secure services and Shopper's Optimum provides great deals and rewards.
