Beyond The Blue Box

Went in for a visit just to poke around and wound up with a beautiful cardigan.

I noticed how all of the items were in great condition, and an incredibly reasonable price, and how friendly and helpful the staff were.

At a time when cost of living and buying clothes is expensive, even when some larger more recognized thrift stores are pricing things higher than what they were originally bought for, please do yourself a favor and stop in to Beyond the Blue Box!

One of the first times that I went in the Blue Box I was aloud to bring in my kitten and Lisa was extremely cool with it, she was awesome! Love the store and location to my house, it's super convenient!

A well organized, and quite large, thrift store. Spend a few hours browsing and I guarantee you will come across many interesting finds.

The Xmas shop that is open only for the Xmas season is a great little spot to pick up a wide variety of Xmas decorations at a reasonable price. I drive up from Kingston a few times each Xmas season because they are continually adding more items as space becomes available. Plus it’s fun to shop in the main building for unique items at a fair price. It’s important to remember that the money we spend goes to a great organization. Keep up the great work. Thanks

Very friendly staff, great finds!

These are two new locations of the thrift store, "Beyond the Blue Box": 41 and 55 King St.E. Cobourg. It is smaller than it was before but better than nothing.

If you like thrifting you need to stop here. It’s fun to sort through all the items and there are some great finds in the boutique. Prices are very reasonable.

I lived in Hamilton Ontario for a better part of 20 years and staying at the TH I've been to the blue box plenty of times and let me say I am freaking amazed how much things are there especially when they have white tag deals I bought a pair of wireless headphones for $7.50 original price $15.00 and a drill for $5 instead of $10.00

2nd time here, was sad to hear their original location was damaged due to a fire. They've move to King Street. Good finds!

What a great place to hunt for "treasures." You never know what you'll find. Friendly people work there. Always fun....new stuff is always arriving, never gets boring. Street parking or in a nearby parking lot. Many second-hand stores on this street. Easy walking distance. Spend some time here. 😀

A wonderful ecologicaly friendly shopping experience. Gently used items sold to benefit a terrific group of people who volunteer their time at the store and learn valuable life skills along the way. Check it out. They also take donations at certain times and days.

You just never know what you are going to find here.

The seasonal Christmas Boutique is great too,

Has a very wide selection of used items. Me and my family have found some really nice treasures there and we really love to support it because they provide jobs to individuals in supported living situations who would otherwise not be able to find jobs. They have two buildings right next to each other, a second hand shop and a boutique.

Great place to get gently used "stuff". The staff are friendly and very helpful. It's a non-profit establishment helping locals some of whom help out in the store.

A wonderful place full of treasures and people alike. Always an adventure.

The only place to go with your old stuff... clothes, toys, electronics etc... proceeds go to charity. Also a great place to go for nik-naks, books and other treasures.

Great community resource. Used kitchen ware, books, furniture, clothing. All donated, and sold at low cost.
