Francis was a huge help. He not only got the phone from another store, but I was running late getting there, got there 5 minute before close, and he helped me set the phone up and get it set up

I have been waiting to speak to the manager of the retention Centre for 43 mins. Prior to that I was waiting to speak to Retention for 1 hour and she told me that the manager read my profile 43 minutes ago. Making your customers wait this long is disrespectful. I see you want me to hang up. Bad customer service.
