The Brick

I was looking for a sectional for my basement and the sales man William was a big help!
He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect sectional! I told him what I was looking for in dimensions and he made sure to come up with a solution for one of the sectionals that I really liked but was to big. And it all worked out! Thank you William! I would definitely come back for his services!

I experienced a professional salesperson who aided and guided me through the vast selection of merchandise which enabled me to make my choices for the numerous items that I needed.

The delivery service was excellent. I received the items in excellent condition and on the date needed.

Thank you and if I need anything else I will return to Le Brick!

Very pleased with the service Mr. Samy Benchouk gave us, when my partner and I visited Brick St.-Jerome. We went only to see the appliances, to compare prices, brands, quality. We left with a beautiful LG range (see picture). Mr. Benchouk really took the time to explain us everything we were asking, showing different options, explaining the advantages to buy from Brick. The store really have for all the budgets and taste. Very pleased with my experience. I really recommend the store. They have highly qualified staff.

Effortless experience getting new washer/dryer from the Brick. Purchased online, got a call the next day to confirm the delivery date. The day before delivery, I received a link to track the truck. The delivery guys were polite and efficient, 10 mins - in and out. Have never had issues buying from the Brick, and the prices are competitive.

Not much of an appliance selection but they had what we were looking for! That being said, I called the salesman the following morning and we met back at the store. Ali Samy had everything ready for us. He asked us to just make sure we were all speaking about the same appliance - we were. We also purchased the Signature Plus warranty which was worth the price at about $50/year over 5 years, paid at purchase. We are looking forward to receiving our new Stove in 2 days. They will even recycle the old one. Thanks 'The Brick' and thanks Ali Samy for a wonderful experience!
