It is one of kf the best pet store in south shore area. The owner was really helpful and patient with us. We tried many dog boots and when they didnt fit our dog, she told us not to worry and we weren’t forced to buy them.
They have very good selection of dog collars and rain coats.

I'm happy, my cats are happy, and so are all my animals! When we had chickens, we got everything we needed here, too! Including the chickens!

Fabulous grooming services and a huge selection of pet products at very reasonable prices. I have been going there for 10 + years and my 2 dogs always look wonderful. Lyne and her husband have a little gem of a business that is proudly their own.

Can't find a product...go see Lynn or Michel. They will do their very best to order it for you. They have a large variety of items and loads of experience and recommendations if you need. A Chateauguay store advised us that they would no longer be carrying a hard to find brand of canned cat food we use. Nope, they would not special order it for us. Nice! Went to see Lynn, she went out of her way to see if she could and called me at home when the order was in. Not going back to the other store...ever, stop rewarding bad behaviour. If you want to shop where they care about their clients, and really who doesn't, go here.

Prices are very competitive if not cheaper than big store outlets. Easy in and out , plenty of parking and hours are like most retail stores.
