While on vacation in Bocas del Toro, Panama, we wandered around searching for a restaurant that had something besides fried food. We found a tiny restaurant Cafe del Mar. We had a lovely healthy dinner of Caribbean chicken and fish burritos served with plantain chips. The food was wonderful and Lewis our waiter was very friendly and eager to please us bringing different types of salsa for us to try. We are heading back to Bocas del Toro today will try to find the cafe again.

Right Place, Right Food So glad I found this place for breakfast and lunch. The ingredients were fresh and he creations unique. I really looked forward to eating there each day.
