PURE Jungle Spa

LOVED our afternoon at the spa SO much. From start to end, everything was fabulous, luxurious and wonderful. A friend and I did one of the spa specials which included a body treatment (we did the passion fruit scrub), a facial (chocolate) and pedicure. Our skin is so soft after, and we felt great. Our massage/facial women were kind and fantastic and did great treatments, as did the ladies who gave us our pedicures. Note that if you're thinking of doing the banana leaf body wrap, I'd go for it- I wished I had but it wasn't included in the special - but as I had my Pedi done I saw them cut down two huge banana leaves right from the tree to use in a treatment. Doesn't get cooler than that! Overall, highly recommend and wish I could go back today.

Best massage of my life and I had many! Had a deep tissue by Clarissa and she was so professional, holistic, talented and good at reading exactly what my body needed. She goes deep but still has the most comforting touch and presence. The hole place and team are so lovely and radiate good energy. Also booked spontaniously 1 hour before and still had the best experience. Pleasure go, cannot recommend it enough! THANK YOU🩷🙏🏽

I had Jorcelda as my masseuse. She was so incredible. I had so much tension all over my body and she was able to get all my knots out within an hour. The place was clean and peaceful and it smelt amazing! I did the deep pressure option but they have many other options as well. Price was reasonable for the job. Refreshments were available at the end to wind down as well. I’ll definitely be back here when I come back for my next vacation. Thank you again!

I stayed 10 days in Puerto Viejo and after the first massage , I had to go back for a second one. It’s incredible , I felt in heaven. I did a deep tissue massage because I had a lot of tensions in my back and after a facial massage ( chocolate and passion fruit) it is just the best treat. These women are just incredible , beautiful team service all!

We just had a couples' massage at Jungle Spa, and we have to admit, it was fantastic! Firstly, the welcome was delightful; they soaked our feet in a basin of flower-infused water while serving us a glass of ginger, sugarcane, and lime juice. Then, the massage was heavenly! My partner claims it was the best massage of his life! To top it off, another act of kindness: a refreshing cucumber water and a small piece of pure chocolate handmade by the BriBri people! Not to mention, we've visited other spas in the area, and this one is not only the most affordable but also the best! Thank you, Pur Jungle Spa!

Pure massage was an amazing experience. The staff was absolutely wonderful and so respectful. When we arrived, they gave us a wonderful foot soak and also this yummy ginger tea. My girlfriends and I all went together and want to go back again this week. My massage therapist was Johnathan and he was so amazing.

Wonderful spa experience from start to finish! Monica was wonderful, and so was her sweet cousin who checked us in. My mom and I got a massage and facial and left feeling so floaty glowy and great! Absolutely recommend.

This place is a can-not-miss. My husband and I have been here twice and he had “the best deep tissue massage he has ever had.” I wasn’t able to get my scheduled service due to a medical condition and they were so accommodating and offered an alternative service (facial) which was outstanding and super relaxing with a lovely head/neck/shoulder massage. Kind staff, lovely environment, would definitely come back. And the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service.

I booked the Tropical Revival package and had the most amazing beautiful and relaxing experience at PURE Jungle Spa today. Special shout out to Danisha. She was amazing!! And Yorleny gave me a perfect gel pedicure. I recommend everyone to come here if you’re in Puerto Viejo.

My Masseuse was wonderful. I had neck, shoulder pain and what a relief. Their building is beautiful and price is right. Met all my expectations and more.

Just outside of Puerto Viejo, this professional relaxation center offer the mind a place to let go. English and other languages spoken. I opted for a rose mud treatment with a 1.5 hour massage. My Masseuse, Ro had strong hands for the deep pressure I need for my muscles to relax. The rose mud treatment was lovingly applied making me feel cared for both physically and mentally.

The private outdoor shower allowed me to leave the appointment clean and rejuvenated instead of oily. It is also freeing to shower outside in the tropical environment they created.

Parking is on the street. Appointments can be requested through the website and staff uses WhatsApp for communication. Service was prompt. You can buy gift cards for others.

My friend and I got a massage and facial here and had the most wonderful and rejuvenating experience. The ladies who looked after us went above and beyond, every part of our experience was a treat. The space is also so beautiful, surrounded by tropical plants, it felt very serene I would love to go back again!

I had the most amazing deep tissue massage from Denise today! The service is wonderful: you get a little drink before entering and get a glass of water afterwards. I think I'll be back later this week. 🙈

What a highlight of my trip to puerto viejo. Such a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. The treatments and massages from Clarissa (I believe that was her name). She was amazing and had me feeling more relaxed than I had been in years. Highly recommend.

Booked a massage after a stressful day. Walked into a glorious stress free environment greeted by beautiful Deycel with glass of ginger elixor and a relaxing foot bath. I had booked a massage. Jorselda was my massage expert. I was transported into a world of relaxation. Jorselda worked my shoulder muscles and pressure points so my body melted into relaxation. Next was my pedicure with Yoilen. The whole experience was amazing. You will not be disappointed with whatever service you choose. All local natural organic ingredients. The handmade bombon (chocolate) small batch will not disappoint.
