Amazing familial and as always Dr.Jessica an amazing experience as my dentist in which she help my experience in Costa Rica much be much better.The rent in this place was very good and cheap as also they make you feel like part of family which creates a sense of happiness

Great service, personalized! Neat and with a beautiful view

RENTER BEWARE: I had a terrible experience during my month stay at Alma Wellness Center with Dr. Jessica as a landlord. Things you should know if thinking of renting here: 1) If the occupancy onset date is not on the first day of the month, Dr. Jessica will NOT prorate your rent. I arrived to Costa Rica on January 8th and was told that I must also pay for January 1st – January 7th. I had to leave Costa Rica on February 8th due to a family emergency and I was told the remainder of the month would NOT be prorated EVEN if there is a family emergency. 2) Don’t plan on getting your security deposit back. 3) WIFI is terrible and she does not plan to upgrade her basic plan nor get Fiber connection.
