Lake Arenal Condos

These condos are amazing! Was there last week and toured several units. All had spectacular views and really nice construction finishes in the units. The property manager was very nice, professional, helpful, and runs the property very well. I will definitely be going back at least as a renter, and perhaps as an owner one day! The nearby towns and roads were also impressive. This is the place to be in Costa Rica!

The condo and the view was amazing. Everything was great. I hope to come back and enjoy it more!

Short trip to restaurants and volcanoes

Pros: Modern, spacious, view, service/responsive, middle of everything
Cons: windy, driving nightmare after dark

We were very impressed with the condo, clean and spacious, beautiful view to lake and volcanoes, originally reserved it for seven nights, but we left after four because we wanted to also see ocean side of Costa Rica. During stay, the management was very responsive and helpful in accommodating to our needs (even refunded remaining 3 nights in full despite supposedly non-refundable policy). The place is basically in the middle of everything around lake arenal, 1-1.5 hours to Fortuna/arenal volcano national park, Monteverde, Tenorio volcano national park. We had a small 4x4 to get around, leave early and plan to be back before nightfall-you can do one trip a day. Expect a lot of stiff mountain driving on unpaved narrow roads (that’s half the fun to get there).

I stayed here for 3 weeks and absolutely loved it. The condos are spacious, well equipped, very clean and comfortable! Anytime I had a question the management answered immediately and went out of their way to welcome me. I will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I loved this place. The breeze was awesome and the Lake Microclimate provided great views even in the rainy season end mid-Nov. Quite the hill to climb but the road was paved so just use low gear. Quite the place to chill out with nearby restaurants within a short drive. Nice set of pools and gym equipment.

One of the best places to stay in Costa Rica if you want to treat yourself in a top notch standards, relax and get away from all the tourism. The apartment has everything you need, we were the only ones to use the swimming pools and the views over the lake and volcanos are just stunning. Highly recommended!

A nice place to stay if you’re in the area. They have a great plan but I don’t think their community will be completed, very sadly. The rooms and nice, large, and clean and the pool and gym are quite nice. The only problem is the strong winds at night.

Beautiful views and very nice place to spend a few days. Definitely need 4wd rental car though as the road up to the units is crazy steep and it rains here all the time.

Great location for seeing this beautiful region of Costa Rica. We drove 90 minutes to see La Fortuna, Arenal Volcano Park, Rio Celeste, Tenorio Park. Roads are curvy, a car is sufficient. Condo has everything we needed to cook meals. The condo also had 3 infinity pools, the weather was too cool for us to enjoy them. Must have a rental car.

We truly enjoyed our stay here, the staffing was very welcoming and made us feel right at home!! Our little girl did not want to leave :)

The views are Spectacular of Lake Arenal!! A gorgeous granite top kitchen with full wood cabinets and all appliances and kitchenware needed to cook our meals!!

3 infinity pools, beautiful landscaping and a parking garage for our vehicle!! Free Wifi which was strong enough to stream Netflix for our little girl!! (they also include a Roku with Netflix among other great apps)

We would Absolutely recommend staying here on your next trip to Costa Rica!!

A beautiful and quiet place. Open spaces and a beautiful views. The sunrise is a must.

This was the first place that me and my significant other the Elise Rodriguez we went to celebrate her birthday this was our first stop I tell you this right now if you haven't experienced it you want to experience something amazing truly go to this place right here you'll never forget and also you'll learn how pure oxygen should be taking in

Stunning place, its a proper apartment. Amazing views. Only drawback is its steep entrance. Loved it here. It can get windy on the hillside.

Top of the line condos, fantastic staff and truly unbeatable.... Especially Carla and her partner at the reseption and information office. Cleaning and grounds keepers are also the best.
