Absolutely amazing! First half an hour we rode terrain park and then did great tour to river and volcano view.
Guides were attentive and on a way were able to spot sloth and toucan.
They perfectly balanced joy with safety!
We were three people and all had blast! Can recommend!

We had a fantastic time with Arenal ATV Wheels in La Fortuna! Perfect for families, our little ones enjoyed it as much as we did. The tour was immersive, taking us through muddy trails and scenic routes, reminding me of the adventurous trails around Mt. Fuji. Despite the cloud cover preventing a view of the volcano, the experience was thrilling. The guides, especially Roberto and his crew, were professional and attentive, ensuring a safe yet fun adventure. The highlight was riding through diverse terrains, getting dirty, and cooling off in a serene river. Booking was easy and the tour felt personalized, even during the busy travel season. Has an amazing time with this excursion. Our driver was perfectly on time and the experience was very informed, fun, and adventurous. Definitely wear clothes that you don’t mind getting completely drenched and muddy in, especially shoes. The route took us to a cute river to cool off as well.

This spot is hands down the best atv spot in la Fortuna it’s my 2nd time visiting from Los Angeles California and Arenal atv is the spot if you want a fun and adventurous experience. The tour is about 2-3 hrs
You go on. A quick 10 minute trip to get the hang of the atv or side by side razor then afterwards you head out with a group thru trails and hills and river my family loved it . Little pricey but worth the experience.

Once in a lifetime experience. If you like to hit the trails and get muddy this is your sign! Guides were excellent. My husband and I are from the United States. We don’t speak much Spanish, but the guides are bilingual, and easy to understand. Very friendly! 10/10 recommend would do this again if we come back. Beautiful scenery as well. The break at the river was a nice cool off.

The ATV ride we took was the best part of our whole trip! The guides were amazing, very personable people. Follow all safety directions that they give you, and you will have an amazing time! We were able to see a ton of wildlife and beautiful views. It rained a bit while we were riding and it was great!! They supply some water bottles which was really nice since we didn’t bring any. The photographer was also wonderful and took amazing pictures for only $20 for both me and my husband! HIGHLY recommend.

We were there March 30th and had a wonderful time. They spend enough time to make sure everyone knows how to drive the machines and then take you out on a great ride. You go through some fields, trails, dirt roads, paved roads and have great views when you are going up the hills. The stop for a swim in the creek was great! Would definitely recommend and the extra money for Jason's pictures was well worth it!! All the guides and shuttle driver were very friendly.

We booked this excursion through our resort, which they only have recommended the best and reulputable options to us thus far. We were picked up from our resort and shuttled to their location. We are here in the off season so it was not packed, which made our tour much more personalized feeling.

When we booked it, we knew we were getting muddy. And I guess we could have been a bit slower to avoid the mud, but that is not what we came for. It had rained pretty good the past couple days so we got the full experience. They first took us around on the farm land which is where the mud spots were and I thought that was the majority of what we were going to do. But we were wrong! We hit the road and traveled up the mountains. Got up to speed, and saw some breathtaking views. I've gone trailing in the West Virgia mountains, and our tour really put the machines to the test with a similar experience that I've done.

Overall, everyone part of the tour was excellent. Safety rules were easy to understand, machines performed well, the weather was perfect (I'm writing this as it's storming later on in the same day). We highly recommend this tour for anyone looking into ATVs in CR!

We booked same day and have a great little group to ride with. We've grown up on ATVs so it was a little slower but we had great views of the volcano. We took a GoPro and rode tandem and got some great footage. The paid for photos I believe we're 20 bucks so not too bad if you want that!

Great fun for a novice and well experienced rider. Lots of rocks, mud, hills, and pavement. The guide pointed out Toucans, Sloths, and monkeys in the trees. We stopped half way at a stream to have bottled water, take photos and chat. The guide stopped a few times to allow us to take pictures of the stunning scenery!! The atvs are well maintained and are semi- automatic- there is a button to push that shifts the gears- but no clutch like a motorcycle. The guide will hold up his fingers to let you know what gear to be in. There is a small digital screen that let's you know what gear you're in.

Wow! Can’t say enough good things about Arenal ATV Wheels. After a short tutorial, we were fitted with helmets and were on our way. We had no experience prior but the guides were helpful and knowledgeable. They were very attentive and we never even had to ask for help. We got comfortable riding around a field (it was fun, like an obstacle course) and then went out to the roads. Stopped by a pretty river and a parking lot with an impeccable view of the volcano. The guide spotted a sloth and toucan in our travels so we stopped for pictures of them too. We left our phones behind but the hosts took plenty of pics which they promptly shared. With so many ATV options in the Arenal area, this is a great choice!

What a fantastic experience! This was the most fun we had all week. The trails are fun, the guides are amazing, and do everything possible to make sure customers have a safe, but fun experience. Jason took some amazing pictures while we were riding. We’ll definitely do the again when we’re back in La Fortuna.

Amazing experience! The first day we went it started to rain and lightning, they stopped the tour for our safety but then offered for a full refund or for us to come back the next day. Gratefully we went back the next day and had the time of our lives! Our instructors were very patient and hilarious in a perfect mixture! We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

So glad we did this! This was very worth it, we did ride the entire 2 hours as promised! We had so much fun driving, getting dirty, cooling off in the beautiful river, and seeing the beautiful view of the volcano!

What an amazing ATV tour! Highly recommend this company. 4 of us did this tour and we all came away buzzing. The terrain is muddy in places but you get to drive in amazing scenery and even down the road which means you can drive faster. Great variety in tracks/terrains. Guides also speak very good English and stop for photo opportunities in great spots.
