The atmosphere was lovely. The customer service was absolutely incredible. The waiters were so friendly, helpful with recommendations, and spoke both Czech and English to us which was brilliant. The food was so delicious, you can tell that they use the best of ingredients. The menu has an excellent selection of food, drinks and beer. Whilst the price was on a bit on the steeper side, it is located in quite a touristy area, also the food is worth it. Overall, definitely recommend it 👌🏽

Right below Bezděz castle, 'With love, Carl' is a gemstone among bistros.
Exceptional burger with goat cheese (home made bun), exquisite grilled Portobello and tomatoes with orange mayonnaise is a combo easily worth trying regardless of visiting the castle or not.
Oh, and they have a pretty decent draft beer choice.

This is a cool place in an unexpected location. The food was delicious and the menu was quite original. We especially enjoyed the burger from high-quality meat. The staff was super nice and we also appreciated that you can pay by card, even by ourselves using a QR code at the table. The space is very special, because you are sitting under a roof but still outside, enjoying fresh air and lots of greenery.

If you like burgers or just wanna stop for something small (like crepes, salad or even bio filtered coffee) this is a definitely the go to place here at Bezdez. Also, if you love spicy food (means, nothing is spicy enough for you in normal restaurant) this place with its spicy burger with habanero or carolina reaper is TOP!

Burgers and crepes and some great beer. The place is a standard nowhere around to be seen. Those are the burgers you always saw on photos, but they are the actual burgers. If hunting around for a trip, this is an honest recommendation.

I expected good food, but this exceeded my expectations! High quality for a small and cozy place. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

Amazing spot, greatly exceeded my expectations! Just a heads up, their chili burgers *are* spicy. I had one with an even smaller dose of habaneros than normally, and I barely made it. The remainder of the burger is amazing however, I particularly enjoyed the aged beef. I also had the cinnamon butter crepes, and they likewise were excellent. I have nothing but praise for this establishment.

Very good food , had a burger with baked potatoes . The ban with a cottage cheese is absolutely gorgeous. Minus one star for not having a normal menu .

What a delightful place! My husband and I stopped here for a snack after a hike to the castle, and they clearly understand ambiance. Cute touches from handwritten menus on slate, paper straws, relaxing music. We are vegan, so we weren’t expecting to find much we could eat, but they offered to make us a special hummus and grilled veggie plate served with housemade ginger lemonade. It was the perfect spot to stop and replenish after a hike on a gorgeous fall day!

If you're tired of the same old tourist food you can find all over the place, come here. Yes, you'll probably have to wait a bit (but hey, that's a good sign right) and yes, you can expect higher prices, but I can guarantee it's well worth it...

It is a great place to stop by when visiting Bezdez castle. Outstanding burgers, friendly staff. (Toitoi toilet right next to the tables is not a very good idea)
