The visit to the modern design museum is very interesting, it is the largest museum in Europe. It's a very interesting visit because the modern design museum is inside an old iron factory and it is wonderful to be able to see what the old factory was like inside and at the same time enjoy the modern design exhibition.
The museum closes at 6 pm.

The museum itself is beautiful, old factory combined with shiny new designs, bathtubs, bicycles, beauty materials, etc. Nice staff and they serve tea and coffee.

I thought this place was really neat. Maybe a couple of hours there but cool to see innovation in progress. Plus great reuse of old coal furnace complex. Well worth an afternoon.

it's a very nice museum. If u love design, technology and stuff you should definitely visit this museum. It's all commercial products but all of them have a really nice design. Entrance was free when we went there, they only expect a little donation for the museum before you leave.

A MUST SEE MUSEUM !!

THE museum for product designers/industrial design engineers. Great location, interior, and yearly changing collection. Only wish there was more detailed info about each product on the signs next to them.

Such a beautiful contrast between the old industrial and rusty building interiors and the sinuous design lines of the objects in it. Due to the big spaces and the variety of the material, it is also interesting for kids.

Red dot has so many products(from the last year) it makes you think about how many products are continuously sold.(because they must be sold quite much before it is worth it to invest in a red dot award.

Therefore pretty much the whole collection changes so you can visit more than once.

The building is awesome!

Though it would have been nice if the toilet was equipped with at least o-k design haha. That is one ugly toilet rol Holder....

An excellent museum for those who interested for Product Design. It's basically a showcase of Red Dot Award-Winning products. A lot of products to interact with to show you how good the products that win the Red Dot Design Awards.
