I completed an online purchase on Saturday 12.02.22 the parcel arrived on Friday 22.02 22 , five days later. The tracking system was updated regularly with details of progress of my parcel which arrived as promised and in the time slot allocated. The negative reviews are quite old and we should be quick to praise positive outcomes as well as negative. Thanks to your team for quick delivery much appreciated.

I do not see why it has such bad reviews... My package came from the Netherlands within 2 days, it barely stayed in the warehouse at all. Very nice services and fast + safe delivery!
Kudos for the delivery guy, as they came all the way up to the last floor to deliver my package... He could have left it on the ground floor but he walked the extra mile and brought it up to my door.

Overnight delivery from Amsterdam to Hamburg with UPS Standard. Package only stayed 2 hours here. Very fast!
